@@wolfmanrepairs ok than give me your discord id
I bought a cartridge that was full of some kind of powder that I’m not sure what it is, it looks like rust, but it isn’t. Do you have any idea what it might be?
It could be oxidation from water damage. Sometimes there is a white residue left behind after the liquid dries up. I would try using some IPA on it and see if it goes away. 🐺🐺😁😁
@@wolfmanrepairs Maybe someone tried to clean it up with water or alcohol? Even the chips on the board have the dust. Anyway, thanks for answering!
I remember repairing a VCR years ago that was full of a suspicious white powder that had melted onto various components inside... After some conversation with the owner and a little anxiety that I'd somehow ended up with the result of some sort of failed smuggling attempt, it turns out that the original fault stemmed from the fact that the unit had been filled with powdered sugar by a particularly frustrating toddler. What I'm really saying is, it could be absolutely anything! 😂😂
@@TheBeezleDude Now I'm really worried, cause I'll think this is some sort of radioactive dust. lol
@@Clodd1 At least it would have enough juice to keep the savegame backup working on the cartridge 🤣🤣
