    I love that you are my age talking about this topic! It makes me feel better about working on improving myself. So many videos of 20 year old "I've never been in a relationship" "Starting over at 22" "Too old to start over." Like really?! Kids, come back at 40 and tell me how you feel 😢

      Thank you!! I noticed the same and this is the exactly reason why I started the channel to encourage people that it's never too late.

      As a 36-year-old gal, I second that! It’s never too late to start over.

    So happy I found this channel it’s nice to see that at 32 I’m not alone and I feel better about my attempt now to start over in some areas of life and go for the life I truly want :)

    I'll be 30 in December. My 20s were miserable. I am not bringing that with me into my 30s. Thanks for the video, I know it will help me start the process of transformation💛✨️

    Once someone told me that for a habit to become established you had to do it for 3 months. It sounds a long time but it gives you a focus - 'I need to focus on this for 3 months' and you will find that you can do it. After that the habit is established and it is easier. It doesn't mean it will do it itself after 3 months but it becomes easier and you will be able to maintain it with only a little effort.

      Yep I couldn't agree more. It may sound like a long time but really it's only 90 days 😁

    Randomly found your channel. Im in my early to mid 30s and resonate with so much you share. Thank you for your authenticity and being vulnerable. Very inspiring for me! Doing some self work and reconnecting with my true self and learning self love practice. That is everything.

    Such an inspiring talk! I've been watching podcasts of professionals and well-known public speakers talk about how to be the best version of yourself, but it feels like I can't relate to half of what they are saying. Listening to someone my age talk about these things is refreshing, as it makes me feel more connected and helps me relate to where I am in life.

    Just be yourself, God made you just perfect the way you are. Reinventing yourself is a psychological manifestation of another's perception of you. Be you, and all will be good

    I suffered from acute anxiety for years. I used to drink coffee every day, then I got the flu really badly. After I recovered I found that I'd gone off coffee completely. After a couple of years I made myself a pot of coffee. After drinking just one cup I found my anxiety levels shot right up again. Might be an idea for you to go without coffee for a few weeks to see if it makes you feel differently.

    • @reinventingpoppy
      @reinventingpoppy  Рік тому +1

      I do really enjoy coffee now that's the problem and I feel great now in general but I'd consider that if something starts to not feel right again :)

      I learnt this saying while I was in Thailand. If you don't like something in your life change it, if you can't change it, change how you think about it.
      Good luck with your journey. I am off to Thailand early December for a 3 month holiday, I don't like our cold winters ❄️
