Anthony Nittolo usually lightning but people have known to start them too. You don’t see it as much these days but people flicking cigarettes out the car window will do it. The Australian bush is thick and when it drys in the summer some places that haven’t burnt in a while there is a massive build up of kindling just waiting to burn. It’s just apart of Australia we should be back burning more in the winter so If it does go up its not out of control like it is now.
When I tried to learn this song a couple years ago from your earlier video I flamed out. What a difference playing daily for a couple years makes! My wife and I met tomorrow 16 years ago and I’ll be able to play this for her on our anniversary! Thanks Marty, I’ve learned a lot from your videos over the years.

Marty I'm amazed at how you can fret three strings (D G A) with just your ring finger, I have to use three fingers for that
the 3 fingers to form the B chord on the 3fret i get it but on the 8th fret how can you place 3 fingers in such a narrow fret ? Getting DGA is really tough, my G string always buzz

Alright sometimes I do t understand what chords I need to play when he puts them up I hope that in his future videos he puts chord charts to show us what exactly he’s playing because I get hella confused on what I’m supposed to be playing
Theveryoneguy learn the CAGED system, it’ll help you understand the fretboard more and it’ll help you learn more songs.
I just wrote it all down so I could go over and over it. Got it down in about 30 mins.
He’s using different shapes. Look up the types of majors and minor bar chords and shapes. Depending on where on the fretboard it is, the same shape is always either major or minor but different notes.

I think the verse is being finger picked not strummed with a john mayer style pluck and chick technique. Gets closer to the sound of the record.

You're very good at explaining everything from the chords, to the progression of a song. you are the best man. What is with Jack Johnson and barre chords? I have a connective tissue disorder that causes loose and unstable joints. While I can play them it gets painful.
