Exactly what I thought
The scale of these houses and layout is so refreshing. Wont be surprised if a couple sell before completing even with a 60-100 million dollar price tag (my guess). My favorite houses are the flat and the edge but all are truly stunning ! This is very inspiring as someone who wants to become a luxury residential real estate developer one day. Hopefully we'll get a glimpse at the finish product! :)
Scott knows what he’s doing.... I love Malibu castle 🤦🏿♂️ . Project is insane the ocean view is a healing of all disease. Location 😍 is super dub fly. Waking up breathing ocean breeze have my latte ☕️ Secretary birds giving me praise melody. 🙌🏿

Malibu is paradise on earth, but the constant wildfire threat (like the Woolsey that burned down half of Pointe Dume) made me move away. It’s like living in tornado alley in Oklahoma, wondering when the next one will hit. ….I love to visit now, however.
