It looks like it's going to be a really nice house when finished. However, the one big drawback is the lack of privacy with several houses positioned to look right at your back yard and in your house.
I agree, for how expensive these homes are they are close together. That said, this is prime time real estate and they aren’t making any more ocean front land. One thing to consider is when these homes were first built they were much smaller and had so much more privacy but because they are being mansionized and using every square inch of the lot, privacy is slowly slipping away.
