Are Drums Good? || I’d Like to Know

1.) "There are several parts to my question:
1. Is there a musical genre/rhythm or Syncopation (not necessarily lyrics but a style of music) that would be considered unGodly ? Does the Bible provide counsel on this ?
2. I’ve heard some ministers discourage the use of drums in the sanctuary. They are not necessarily against the idea of using drums per se, but the argument against the use of drums is that the more we allow its usage in the sanctuary the more we are in danger of encouraging a form of worship that is not Christ centered but self centered. They say that drums stir up certain emotions and physical excitement in our body that is only based on feeding the carnal mind. Is there any Biblical counsel on this ?
3. Psalms 149:3 it says ""Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre!""
Psalms 150:4 it says “Praise Him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!
I looked up the Hebrew word for “dance” and it means to spin around in a circle (please correct me if I’m wrong). After reading this it seems to me that dancing is acceptable in the sanctuary?I’ve heard ministers teach that the Hebrew word ""dance” in psalms 149:3 and 150:4 actually means a pipe (musical instrument) and therefore, it has been translated incorrectly. They say that the word “pipe” signifies an instrument (such as a flute) which was combined with the timbrel [drum] and the harp (the national instrument of the Hebrews) because the latter was considered to be a joyful instrument. In the Old Testament the pipe was associated with merrymaking and praise. Therefore, the conclusion is made to suggest that in this context (psalms 149:3 & 150:4) ,""dance"" refers to an instrument, not a physical activity.
