I respect that you're having fun making art for yourself and sharing ideas without an ego then putting it out there for others to enjoy. I dislike the critics who turn everything into a competition. A few days ago I let a friend's 11 year old fly my drone, I put it well above the tree tops and let him have his fun. I could see my 11 year old self in him and hopefully I lit a creative spark.
Just like the previous guy, this randomly popped on my page. For those water areas, plop on a polarizer and will help see into the water with greater detail while also removing glare in general. Also helps protect the camera lens too. Just make sure to use quality glass filters so it doesn't reduce quality of the camera!
I'll throw it on next time. Got my weakest ND on it in this one just because i didn't want to miss the lighting since I heard thunder in the distance. Florida summers and all
Strangely this video has been surprising entertaining. I'm not sure what was wrong with the variable volume levels, but overall it ended up ok. I suggest you stop using the ND filter for what you're doing here and let the drone do all the work in Auto. ND filters are good, but when the drone's Auto settings are fighting with it, in many cases it often doesn't come out too well.
Would have been simpler if I was only shooting away from the sun, but I was moving all around, and because Florida is so flat, all that light changes like crazy every 10 mins as the sun is setting. Next time I’ll just have to be more intentional. The audio levels however were a result of the wind into my Dji mic, I shoulda normalized it all and been less lazy in post. I just wanted to get a video out because I was procrastinating All good feedback to improve on for the future though. Appreciate you dropping by and commenting.
