NEIGHBOR HITS & DESTROYS OUR MARKER POLE 3 TIMES, DOESN'T CARE.

Posting as evidence. There's another place I'd love to shove one of these metal poles. What an idiot! Manager is making him fix it. We don't feel safe talking to him since he made signs & gestures into our security camera. He KNOWS he's doing this on video too!
