This is probably the best farm shop that I have ever seen. And yes, a kitchen would round it out nicely!
They could rent that building out for weddings and other events. That building has so much more potential. Sweet building!
Love your shop everyone is jealous of your shop. You worked hard for it so enjoy it, also like your taste in combines.
What a wonderful interview and such an honorable young gentleman!!! I love your videos, Dave!
Simple work shop, I will be adding a side room where oil, lubricants, storage lockers n farm tools as main shed has been used to store grain in bumper year.👍
Great video....Thanks for the info... love watching these.
Beautiful. ! Congratulations on your Farm Shop.
Beautiful neat shop very well done guys
That shop can not be cheep. But definitely life goals
Fine shop, nice machinery..it all means great products at the stores.
Great design.
What a Brilliant shop well done. Greetings from Australia.
You could always extend the office to add your kitchen wish!
Yes Zach I’d like to see it a farm machinery to her again I really enjoyed that and see what new equipment do you guys are getting
Wowwwwwwwww awesome dream shop
Beautiful
Very nice shop! Everything looks clean and well thought out. If you were to add the kitchen you want I think it would look good to add a mirrored addition on the other side of the 81' end with the door and office. If you ever do add a kitchen I hope you do an update video. Well done!
Really nice shop
WOW!! That's all I can say about this video.
I am still waiting to find out how much this building cost with everything that they did from the concrete up please comment back I am very curious thank you very much for this video
40 mile spread. Wow
saudaçoes do sul do Rio grande do Sul,Brasil.
This is basically my dream farm
RR BUILDINGS DID A GREAT JOB 🔥🔥🔥
I thought this was the one they did! I am still watching that series and this video popped up. Its fantastic.
Cite the video... because every inch of that building including the host says Morton.
Kitchen.... Yup, pretty much everything, except the kitchen sink...we don't have a sink either, but we do have a small refrigerator!!
We're still working in the fourty year old 30x30... YES, it is way too SMALL!!!! Our advantage is, the 20x30 bay beside it...it houses All lubricants, waste oil, air compressor and extra air holding tank, bigger parts storage and a little bit of room to work on things..
The main shop area has two big drill presses, a lathe, band saw, chop saw, steel rack, 20' work bench(lol... Catch all!!!), Bolt bins, overhead parts room, two wire feeds, plasma, oxy/acet...... Three tool boxes.... YES, it is well equipped, YES, we have out grown it!!!
Service truck fits in nicely, pickups too... Tractors with duals aren't too bad... It's the combine and the trucks that don't fit!! We try..lol.. just gotta leave the doors open.
Live Top Shops!!! Lots of great ideas!!! Now, if we only had the $$ and a space to put a new shop 😎
What kind of air compressor do they have running?
Thanks for the comment! I believe it was a Polar Air Compressor.
Do you know what manufacturer and model of your lights? Thanks
Lithonia Lighting - IBH 11L MVOLT (150W)
@@matthewpetushek Thank you for the information!
Is this R R buildings?
They can still add the kitchen , its not too late.
Any ballpark figures here as to the cost of something like this? If it was in the $300k range (by some miracle), it could be a possibility for me, but my guess would be more along the lines of $600k-$800k.
Zero chance of 300k. Even two years ago it would be in the 800k range.
Oy vey Mowitz
2800 acres isn't very much, looking at this shop and those two big new combines something doesn't add up. They must have huge debts
That's what I'm curious about too, we farm a similar amount on cash grain crops, I want to know the business model they have that can afford this shop, along with that elevator in the corner
Depends where it’s located and what ground prices go around there. Profit margins could be much higher than where you live. As well as budgeting and other incomes. We are building a 60x100 with in floor heat as well as a full living quarters and office area and we do not farm even close to that 2800 acres. We’re a smaller farm, but we do well with our money and continue growing every year.
They said 2013 it was built so that was a bit after the time when corn prices were at record highs and everybody was making huge profits. Many small-mid size farmers got new machinery and built new shops. My guess is these guys will probably have the same fleet and shop for quite a few years to come but that's what a lot have done lately.
Somebody's trying to sell pole barns. Just for show.
What? Were do you live where that’s not a lot?
And farmers say theirs no money in farming😆😂
With big money comes big risk. With the current droughts, diesel prices, fertilizer shortages and chemical shortages I would hate to try and sleep knowing I had to make a payments on that building and equipment.
+ Morton Bldgs.
Dammm!!..a lot of jealousy rearing it’s ugly head....aside from that how about maybe they’re just really good at what they do ?....2800 acres is a lot of land to farm and with the right business plan and marketing skills it can be very profitable. Sounds to me these two boys have their heads on straight and take tremendous pride in what they do...more power to them!!!!!.. by the way ...BEAUTIFUL FARM
2800 Ac and you build a shop that big. That’s a 7 digit shop. Wow. Beautiful.
That shop is no where near a million dollars.
7 digit?🤣😂 lol wuuuuut???? We’re building a 60x100 with living quarters, infloor heat and a few other bells and whistles for 250k. 80x120 is not going to be no 7 digits
Jordan Volk know a guy who built 80x130. With quarters, floor heat, parts room, and oil bay. Was 7 figures. But it’s Canadian. And steel construction
I mean a crazy nice shop.... But how tf do they afford that!??! We’re talking a lot of $$ here
alex brown. Hard work and operation loans I’m just assuming. Nice shop though.
Government subsidized if you don’t believe me research it.
Nathan Poe. Yeah I’m dumb I don’t know how the world of agriculture works. Thanks
Lil drug money never hurts no one lmao🤫🤣😂
Nathen Poe. Not every successful person uses government subsidizes. I mean just because you’re not successful or don’t manage your money correctly doesn’t mean no one else does. So before you just assume things before having any clue about their operations, maybe you should come up with some proof before slandering this family and the farming community.
They make all this money off a 2800 acre farm. Everything in this video is about brand new. I find this hard to believe....does anyone else?
Bill Joel um I can’t tell if you are a city slicker or just dumb.
This isn't successful farming.
This is rich farmer's shops.
Successful farmers build a shop the same size for half the money and forgo all the bells and whistles, that double the price of a building like that.
Then buy another 40 acres with the savings and make 7% more next year.
Y’all clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. Just because you’re not successful, doesn’t mean no one else can be.

Successful people create wealth.
They don't spend it.
Fancy kitchens in your machine shed do not create wealth.
Looks great. Nice upgrade from quanson hut.
Smart farmers will never throw money away on a fabulous shop like that
Uh oh, we have all the shitty broke farmers trying to seem cool online.
$600,000.00 in federal farming aid goes to a operation this size.......................................i say no more.
