Would be interesting if you do a similar vid, discussing your settings for Alpha Mini. I have the same base as you and am just learning to go sideways :)
I'm still trying to find a setup I like 100%, so probably will be a bit before I can do a video on it. That said, definitely a lot more complicated than the T300 setup, even smaller settings make a pretty big difference in feel.
Hello. Is the ball still intact? In your opinion, is it enough (for drift/rally) to put a squash ball on the t3pa brake pedal or is it better to replace the springs as well?
Yes the ball is intact, the air inside the ball is what provides resistance. All of the pedals feel light, so I probably wouldn't change out the brake pedal spring without doing the clutch and throttle at the same time. I didn't have my springs upgraded but probably a worthwhile mod as the springs tend to be pretty inexpensive.
I was wondering why I was having such a hard time learning then realised my rotation settings was set at 1080 and my ebay special handbrake was bugging out and basically always on by a few % so I had to raise the minimum on that. Turns out it's not so bad now
So I have a Logitech g920 and i am wanting to learn in sims before i total a car in real life 😂 Is it going to be worth it to sell my wheel and splash the extra cash for a thrustmaster or is a gear driven wheel going to be good enough do you think?
The problem with logitech gear driven wheels is that they don't spin fast enough to simulate a real car, so you wind up frantically trying to force the wheel to countersteer faster. That's not how cars handle in real life, so learning with that wheel is going to create some bad habits. Honestly I'd very much recommend upgrading to a thrustmaster T300 at a minimum. I talk about this and show a quick example in this video: ua-cam.com/video/LjwHcrjrIsU/v-deo.html
@@Nathan_Simsif you haven't already done it.. the t-300 is an absolute huge upgrade from my gear driven g29 I had.. makes the g29 feel like a cheap toy
If you plug your wheelbase into a laptop or computer you should be able to still adjust the wheelbase settings that way in the thrustmaster app. You would not have access to the later parts of the video as that's PC only. Best you could do is try to mirror the settings that are available in the PS4 assetto game. Looks like gain, rotation, and all those settings should be in there.

@@JankyDrift ok, thanks. Wheel on video - 13 or 14 inch? Can't decide what size to get (drift/rally).

Good settings go a long way!
Always used default, g27 or t300. On the moza r5, not so much, but those work also with default drift preset.
hello! Very nice video and very usefull! i just was wondering what ffb you use for cars in game ?
Most of them were on 100%, would only turn up or down 10% depending on how heavy the steering was for a specific mod. Sorry for the delayed response.

Hello. Thanks for the config! I have a question, why you not use lut generator/wheelcheck?(ffb post proccess)
Because t300rs has enough force feedback to not need lut generator.
@@LiveforHM thanks. I will try it without lut. Now i had.
Absolute legend 😁
On Asseto corsa did you use intermediate settings or pro settings under the tyre blankets tab ?
Pro settings. All driving assists aside from ABS turned off.
Are these setting available on a ps5 or only on pc ?

i have a question, how i can put another wheel on my thrusmaster (sry, my lvl on eng is 0 :D)
You need an adapter, something like this actionraceworks.com/products/thrustmaster-t-series-aluminum-wheel-adapter
Did you change any of the FFB tweaks in csp? Active or disable and any other settings in that menu?
For the T300 I hadn't changed anything on that tab outside of the McPherson adjustment which some cars require to be on or off.
where did you get your steering wheel?
Cheap ebay stuff - Believe it was this one: www.ebay.com/itm/234648150527?epid=12027951908
how do you stop the wheel from bouncing at the of the rotation
its really stress. did you figure it out?
I hate that wheel

will a logitech shifter work with the t300?
I believe they sell adapters but no it won't work just by itself.
Hi do u need usb adapter pedals for pc?
Don't know if you figured this out already but pretty sure you can just run the pedals into the wheelbase, doesn't have to be directly into the PC.
nobody has t248 videos
😂😂😂 yeah don’t ask your parents
Bro, I learned on several cars. And a dodge Dakota to drift irl.... the Sims are never close to real life I call bs............ period.
cool story bro
Yeah cause irl you have more information to work with, i went from sim to real life drifting and it made it really eays to adapt.
