Ma'am how is stretching possible here???? As there is isometric contraction... As thr length remains same
Dear Sayeeda Farha,
You are just going to stretch only after the contraction,that is you hold(isometrically contract) relax and then stretch,it's not done at a time ,it's done one by one ,hope you understand now.
