Great job on the video Rik! Thanks for making it. This looks like just the thing for those of us that want something for street riding AND off-roading.
Sur ron is being lefted in the past where it now belongs. 2024 model **ZERO** upgrades from 2023 😅 Talaria killing it with their 3 bikes can't wait to see the next one Than pro ss holding down top spot with power
I saw this thing in person. Massively impressive. This is gonna be the next big wave in e-bike tech. Better geometry, better weight distribution, and better mods. The AI adjusting for range?! Bro. Sign me up!
Promising, but half baked. The cross between the Surron/Onyx RCR is a great description; however, the mid/rear/pedal situation seems undefined, but appealing. The only obstacle is going to be support for two very different types, with multiple configurations. Most rollouts keep it simple & capitalize before launching up line products & customization. If they’re able to pull it off & the product is good, I’m in!
Ironically, I came to your channel to see your review of the gt20 lol, but when I saw this bike it was love at first sight 😌, and then I heard 50ah and 72v 🤤. That grey mid drive model is uff, $6500 will be a tough pill to swallow 🥲. Here’s to hoping the company doesn’t pull a sondors on us lol. I subbed, can’t wait to hear more about this gem!. End rant/
The price of the NX1-S is $4,000 and the price of the NX1-R is $5,000... That's TGH for a peasant like me. 🤦 Especially since the bike will be obsolete in less than two years. Bring the price down to $2,000!
It wasn't a full review. It was a first impressions and walk through with the owner. We had only one hour to film before it started pouring out in SF. I hear you but this is a shitpost comment.
@RUN.. With all due respect, After also seeing your Graffiti X video How can you give us a honest review Testing Ebikes in tiny parking lots going in circles at 8 mph?
It wasn't just the parking lot. I rode it around 40-50mph streets right after. Same thing with the Graffiti X. One thing you guys don't understand is that for those two videos I literally had less than 2 hours with the bike. In those situations only a prototype is available and it has to make it rounds with other reviewers. Would I love to spend all day with it and talk on the mic for an hour? Of course. But with my limited time - I'd rather ride the bike, film the BRoll either through traffic or fast streets then put together my thoughts in a voiceover. If you can do a better job in the same amount of time, send me your review link and I'll give you some feedback.
They need to work on their marketing. No one’s going to buy that rear drive with an off-road set up. They should’ve put street tires on the hub drive, more traditional fenders, a cool, street, fairing ,and have a road looking set up rather than the traditional off-road/Surron/BMX look
I think that's the plan. I believe they are still in the iteration/prototype phase when we filmed this video so parts weren't quite finalized. Tires/accessories/fender kit/etc will probably get finalized in the next few months and I imagine the marketing will showcase a more prominent cosmetic difference between the hub and mid drive. I'll try to follow up again with an updated video next time I'm out in the Bay area.

Congratulations on starting your Dream Ebike company Steven. You were always a good and smart guy.
That's Steven. That park is in san mateo. He's a great honest guy. You can trust you will be getting an incredible product.
Great job on the video Rik! Thanks for making it. This looks like just the thing for those of us that want something for street riding AND off-roading.
I’ve been watching these guys for a bit so I am really glad to see this coming along. The bike seems well thought out. Thanks for the video!
HELL yes, 72v systems are slowly becoming normal to see straight out of the factory!
Agreed!
Price is TGH for some of us broke ass peasants.

Glad it has some actual tires on it. Shinko 241s ride really well on the street.
Yup, got Shinkos on my Surron and they're way better for where I ride in Michigan.
Perfect. Now to find 🤑. Love the swap out ability.
Definitely innovative for sure! Looks great too! I’m curios of the the price tags.

What do the price on these bikes look like . By the way bad ass looking bikes , let's go
Is the 2 kWh battery physically smaller than the 3.6, creating a small void in the battery compartment?
I think they'll probably create some kind of spacer within the compartment or the in the battery itself.
Do you have a affiliate discount code?
Dope video, interesting bike for sure!
Something about the bike frame throws it off for me, looks super bulky and heavy
It's not heavy. It feels like a refined Surron. It actually handles better with the correct rake angle for both onroad and off.
What's the weight limit
where do i get one of these usa or asia and india and what year do they release and what mods are their
A friend of mine designed and Manufacturers them here in San Mateo California United States.
at first i didnt like it but it grew on me after awhile. they still need to drop that price by about $1k to 4500 to be competitive
Are these mass produced
There needs to be a password protected power level lockout one button to activate, password to unlock.
The Mid Drive has too much torque for the noisiness . Thats when it needs a Belt guys . 😂
A belt would be interesting.
@@RunPlayBack it’ll make a Huge difference
Holy shit $5k plus for these bikes??? Just get a Talaria X3 for $1.5k less goddamn

It won't be obsolete. He has already planned ahead for future upgrades.
talaria mx4 better
Great introduction but among the crappiest review I’ve seen, how you gonna show us all them great parts when you go 15 miles an hour in circles
It wasn't a full review. It was a first impressions and walk through with the owner. We had only one hour to film before it started pouring out in SF. I hear you but this is a shitpost comment.
@@RunPlayBack if you put it like that I understand
All good I hear ya, I just would never try to pass off an in depth review with only an hour of test riding. Sorry for the confusion.
