My scissors and foot raise/low buttons stopped working and I jumped online and was so grateful I found this. I have another problem. I take a few stitches and the machine stops and gives a buzz and error, "rethread and start again" i take my foot off the pedal momentarily and then sew on perfectly without rethreading. It always happens after taking 4-5 stitches. My dealer suggested there might be some thread stuck in the tension area so I ran a piece of cloth through it gently and also flossed it with some thread. But no change. I've also tried starting stitching very slow and very fast, and nothing affects it. THANK YOU!!!!

Mine does this when it thinks it’s not sewing like when I start at the point of triangle. Have you tried starting with a leader scrap of fabric?
