- Here are my top 2024 Easter Recipes! I am doing a Jerk Pineapple Chipotle Ham, Seafood Salad, leek scallop potatoes, and green beans with potatoes. I will also pair this meal with a peach cobbler pudding, rice and peas, and salad.

3 slices bacon
1 cup chicken broth
1/2-1 lb poatoes
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp buttery garlic seasoning
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp crush red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp butter

Ingredients
3-3.5 lb potatoes
2 leeks
1/2 onion thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4-1/2 cup water
4 sprigs rosemary
4 sprigs thyme
8 oz cheddar cheese
4 oz parmegano reggiano
Vegeta
All purpose seasoning
white pepper
Shrimp and Imitation Crab Salad
12 oz cooked small shrimp
1 lb imitation crab meat
1/4 cup sour cream
12 oz macaroni noodles
3/4 cup mayo -add more or less depending on desired creaminess
3 tbsp sweet relish
1 tbsp sweet and spicy mustard
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1/2 cup finely minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely minced celery
3 shrimp bouillon cubes ( 2 for noodles, 1 to season the salad)
chives
1 tbsp sugar
salt/ pepper to taste
old bay
lemon pepper
garlic powder
Creole Seasoning
Ingredients
9-10 lb ham
2 tbsp low sodium jerk seasoning (Jerk: amzn.to/3x3LFvT)
1/4 tsp cinnamon or clove powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 can sliced pineapples
Glaze
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1-2 chipotle peppers
1/4 cup rum

My go to Easter dinner is _ Ham, potato salad, greens and ham hocks, baked Mac and cheese, green beans and smoked neck bones and for a big gather if I need a second protein I would add roast beef

It's all so good looking I could nearly taste them just watching your video. I love what you did with your spiral ham and should I ever be able to put ham into my diet again (Congestive Heart Failure so have to really be careful with sodium) I am going to do a spiral sliced ham your way.
My mom's family is from Kentucky so we have fixed our fresh green beans like yours minus the instant pot of course many, many, times. It's one of our favorite ways to eat them green beans but we put in more bacon in ours. Gotta love that bacon! lol
