here's a few things for treating rosacea at home
      Consider adjusting your Diet
You could also take different Natural supplements, herbs, and vitamins
Also the use of anti-oxidants and natural anti-inflammatory supplements could be of benefit.
(I learned these and why they work on Natural Remedy Blueprint website )

I have had acne since I was 10 years old. Now I'm 20, and my skin is much ok. I have used many soaps, creams and antibiotics, but did not see any improvements. Recently, I just started to implement this ( *AcneCureOnline. Com* ). Getting good results so far. I will continue with it, if it seems good further.?

Another good option for dry skin/lips is Bag Balm! It’s typically used for cow udders (super weird I know) but trust me it works. Obviously cow udders get really dry from being outside all the time especially during the winter and so Bag Balm really helps and it works super fast. I highly recommend (plus it comes in a huge tin that’ll last for year and it cost me like $10)

For your dry scalp , the night before washing you hair you can oil it by using amla oil, argan oil, moroccan oil, almond oil, neem oil or coconut oil , just sleep with it over night and wash it off in the morning, do it every 2 weeks, hope this helped ❤️!

  • @SchmeesCrotchFruit

I start in 26 days. Im nervous because I have ptsd, and my hair and body skin is already dry. Ive heard aquafor is a life saver, drinking a lot of water, and spf 50 for sure.
UPDATE: I have to wait to start because I have some surgery coing up (potential keloid scars) So surgery first, then accutane. Im using Jan Marini again in the meantime. That was the only line that ever gave me clear skin. BP and SA/GA arent doing it. Also, started shaving my face. MAJOR difference!

    What a QT3.14
In all seriousness, thank you for doing this blog and sharing your journey. It's been super helpful. I'm on day 8 and I've already noticed really itchy skin on my scalp. It's super uncomfortable and I'm nervous about grossing out my hairdresser from the flakes. I've also noticed that I've been getting super agitated and moody.
Also, the initial "flair up" is no joke. I genuinely thought it was a myth that wouldn't happen to me, but nope, after four days my face looked worse than it EVER did. I got whiteheads in areas I never even had them before.
Just a tip too, remember to take it with fat, which helps the pills absorb up to 2x better. According to studies, you're essentially wasting them if you take them while fasting. You have to take them with a high calorie meal.

I came here when I started my accutane journey. I took it 2 years ago, went on it for 7 months. From month 3 my skin cleared.
My skin is still clear, I only sometimes very rarely when I use a heavy moisturizer I get a tiny red pimples. It disappears the next day with no trace.
I didn’t suffer from the dryness too much.
    Here’s what I used:
    1. Cerave Hydrating facial cleanser or Cetaphil gentle wash.
    2. Face and under eyes scent free moisturizer: bepanthen cream.
    3. Eyes: Hyaline eye drops.
    4. Lips: Uriage Bariéderm Lip Balm. Never experienced lip dryness at all!!!
    5. Body moisturizer: Cerave moisturizing cream or Cetaphil rich cream.
    6. Sunscreen: don’t forget sunscreen!!!!
Scented products are not good, stay away from them. Ever since being done with my accutane journey, I’ve been doing the same thing. But I added Tretinoin before bed.

I started on accutane yesterday after being on various other treatments for the past few years. I also have mild acne, mainly in my t-zone. Although it has never been cystic, it’s been sore, persistent and has made me insecure. I was initially put on duac at 14, my skin was crystal clear however I then became resistant to it. At 15 I was put on tetralysal and differin whic once again worked amazing until I became resistant. And I am now 17 and I’m on day 2 of roaccutane, I was prescribed 30mg of roaccutane that will gradually increase. I’m just praying that my acne doesn’t come back and that roaccutane works. Thanks so much for making this video, it’s really insightful for people just starting on roaccutane (accutane). ❤️

PLEASE use your oil as the last step in your skincare routine to lock in all the moisture. so many people use oils before moisturizers but the oil actually stops the moisturizer from penetrating into your skin due to it's thicker molecular size!

    • @msi8311
      @msi8311 3 роки тому +2

…This isn’t true. I know because oils, an emollient, will never be an occlusive, the thing that seals in all the moisture. You need an occlusive at the last step, something with petroleum or Shea butter type of ingredients, not oils. Use Pubmed to look up medical research to see what I’m saying for yourselves.

Sarah Young thank you so much!! That’s so great that you’re doing research, there are a lot of things to consider when deciding on starting accutane. I hope this video was helpful for you! :) something you may want to do is go in to your derm now to take a pregnancy test (urine sample); you can’t start accutane until you have 2 negative tests that are 1 month apart, so the sooner you take your first test, the sooner you can start treatment! :)

If your doctor had started you on 10mg a day, then increased it gradually to 40mg, your side effects would not have been so severe. Your acne on day 1 didn’t look very bad at all; even on 10 mg a day you would have seen improvement.

Colleen Johnston I’ve been on acne nearly a month. My acne is mild-severe mostly on forehead and chin. On about week 2 my chin had flared up massively but after a couple days it cleared up. Worst thing is chapped / lips , tight eyes , muscle pain. My skin is dry which is unusual for acne making my skin more dry but not much.

I’ve been suffering from mild stubborn acne for like 3 years. I’ve never really cared, but I’ve reached the point where I need to do something about it last year. I’m ashamed to say that I’ve spent over $3k in past two years trying to clear my skin by going to some derms and doing expensive treatments, but now I just said that I want a good derm and see what happens. So I made the investment to go to my new dermatologist in Beverly Hills and she’s been amazing! Granted I’ve spent a lot more money, but I feel like she truly cares about my skin. I’m also on 40mg/day, so let’s see!!! And not trying to say that you need an expensive derm. Just make sure they care about your skin! Lol

@@Jaa_morant honestly it was the best decision ever! My face is completely clear and has been clear now for over a year. I’ll get an occasional breakout but it does away within 1-2 days. There wasn’t really a purge phase for me. It depends on everyone. I had a time where I was breakout out a bit more but it was just my skin getting used to the pill so it lasted a few weeks but well worth it tbh.
