    I especially like the exercise, which is called a clock. I think that although it is quite simple to do, it is extremely valuable.

    Hi, I'm watching from Oslo, Norway.
    This was a bit harder than the previous days, mostly because of my new left hip. It obviously needs this kind of exercise!

    I want to thank you so much. I went through two surgeries and am in the recovery stage, and you are like godsend to me. Did 4th day, and going to continue all your exercises.

    Oh yeah, these balance ones are sometimes tough for me but I'm so happy to keep doing them! I definitely need to concentrate on my balance more than my core. Thank you Meg so much for another awesome workout. I'm very much looking forward to the final day tomorrow. These weekly challenges are the BEST! (Watching from San Diego, CA)

    Kanata. I need to work on core strength. I liked the reverse situp but got confused with the lift, touch up leg exercises maybe a different angle would help. I've enjoyed the challenge. Fun idea.

    I made it to the 4th day! Unfortunately, my dog is not as calm as Finley. He kept getting in the way because he thought I wanted to play with him! I was a bit clumsy with some of these but I plan to start all over again after the 5th day until I can do them all easily. Once I've mastered these basic exercises, I want to work on body strength and I'm hoping to drop a few pounds on the way. Thanks from Birmingham, AL.
