These colors are gorgeous! I saw some people say that they removed the pages from the booklet and glued them on a sheet of paper then folded it once it dried after use. I think that it might be helpful for them to make it in a foldable booklet instead of a traditional booklet. loved the drawing! so colorful!
Ah that's a great idea! It seemes like they have come up with/working on a solution for the pages sticking together so I'm very curious to try it out once they have a finished product :) And thank you!
As you put down the colors from the sheet I was realy impressed how nice the colors are. Didn´t expect something like that. They look realy good! And amazing drawing as always
They look nice. You could probably cut little squares out of the book and put them in a more convenient setup. That's what I've seen other crafters do with their Peerless watercolors which are another type of paper sheet watercolor
I would definitely get these. I'd just recommend to the creators of these sheets to add wax paper sheets between the sheets in the booklet. It will solve the problem of pages sticking and completely remove the possibility of colors mixing in the booklet.
Check for UA-cam videos about making palettes for Peerless watercolors. They are much the same as Viviva--pigment on rectangle of paper, originally used to tint photographs back in the black and white days. The palettes will keep your fingers from being painty and will prevent pages sticking together.
Oh I've always wondered about paper watercolours , I think cutting them out and sticking them side by side would help avoid dirty fingers? I love your multiple eye cats 😊 So fun
Jaw = DROPPED I have never heard of colorsheets before, but they seem so damn cool!! Also, I really love the drawing you made in this video. The colors are pure perfection. You always inspire me! //Plasticmeat
They seam similar to peerless water colour sheets. I've Sean people cut a square from each page a glue them to a sheet so it's like a diy palette and next to each square put white so u can swatch the colour and not have to guess each time
If you look up on youtube "How to make a peerless watercolor booklet" then you will see how to use the sheets much easier. Peerless have been around since they used to paint color on black and white photographs :)
Hi. These look beautiful to use and you make it look so easy! Maybe you could cut small squares from each sheet and stick them to another piece of paper with a glue stick, as your pallet. Will make them last longer too, as you won't dilute the whole page when picking up colour.
I've been watching you since over half a year now and today when I received my scrawlrbox and saw your art in it :3 let me just say girl I'm happy for you, keep up the cool drawings. 🌸
I'd pull the booklet apart and maybe use some double sided tape to stick it to a piece of paper with a color swatch above it. You could fold it up or store it in a page protector. They do look like some great colors though. There is also a tutorial I saw here on youtube on how to make a flat palette with paint samples like these. She cut a piece of the sample a stuck it to paper i think, with a swatch and then put a piece of plastic in between the pages so they wouldn't affect each other when closed up as her's was 2 pages of colors. If I can find it I will link it if interested.
If they provide convenience in location for purchasers, such as placing them on several art stores or even an office store and collaborations etc. with stores, I'd love to buy them. Online shopping really not many people's thing. I would really buy them and I am sure I will use them a lot, since carrying my art stuff to university is really hard. With this sheets, it won't be heavy as much! Thanks for the review!
These paints look absolutely Lovely, and I love your Multiple Eyed Cat 'series'!! I actually could see myself having a few cats with multiple eyes... Especially if they were as cute as your art style!! :3
You can cut out pieces of the paper and stick them on one thick piece of paper. You can then create a color palette of the sheet and save the rest of paper for when the pieces start to dry out.
Looks so amazing ! I definitely need to get those sheets when they're up for sale :D And the artwork also reminded me of the artwork that came with october's Scrawlrbox :P
I wonder if you could put like packaging tape between the sheets to keep the sticking from happening? You know folded back on itself so it isn't stuck to the papers, but rather just a barrier between the wet and dry ones.
I think it would be handy if you could pull off the pages, so that you don't need to flip the pages all the time, but for the colors look really cool and pigmented and it's such a cool and original idea
omg from what I've seen I live them and would defimtely use then. where I would use them is on the go painting and like if they had a certain color that one of my pans or tunes didn't have I would use it then as well
Seems like the sticking and label issue would be easily remedied by interspersing the watercolor sheets with plastic ones that have the name of the color printed on it. While I realize that does mark up binding costs, for such small books to me it seems worth it for the improved functionality of the product
They have no mixing palet, so I don't think they need less space than my regular watercolors on traveling. I have 21 half pans in a 12 classic watercolor case, sticked with clay glue. but they are as interesing as the peerless watercolors, a nice thing to play with :)
If you cut little squares from the paper and got one of those little pill boxes that has separate little compartments, you would have a little pallet to go
hello there, Kattvalk! your art is so beautiful! I am a young artist, and I would love to know where you got those brushes with water containment units built in! I live in Lithuania, and stuff like this is pretty scarce... thank you so much! HUGS!
Gabriele Genceraviciute Amazon, you can find them all on Amazon or in the description of the video which also says Amazon. If not, try other websites maybe, but they can be found mostly on Amazon.
Just constructive criticism, I really enjoy the videos where you are having fun and rolling with it on the spot versus those like this one that are sponsored and seem like they are more thought out and scripted. It seems more monotone and emotionless. I understand you are planning and thinking things through...but it seems like maybe more ideas ahead of time to fly with are better than a written or practiced review...just imo.
I'm happy to hear that you can plan ahead and just speak of a lot of things and share information perfectly without a script, because I can't :) the video would turn out messy and with no flow. I had a lot of fun making this, and I did nothing different from what I normally do. Also, this is not a sponsored video, very very few of my videos are. But I know that some people automatically thinks that sponsored videos (which means that the creator is actually getting PAYED for the effort of making a video for other to watch and enjoy) are bad/boring, so maybe that's why you didn't like it. Thanks for the criticism though :)
Kattvalk no actually I've watched your videos for a long time and wouldn't if I didn't enjoy them and I do understand you are not paid, just sent products to give your opinion on. I was not being rude. I was just making a personal opinion that I enjoy certain videos over another ... Not that I disliked you as a creator. Sorry if that came across that way. Have a great day.
Kattvalk What kind of tape do you use to hold down your paper while watercoloring? The tape I use always seems to take a bit of the paper I'm using off with it.
Nil Özkul because its not out yet. The one she has now is a sample sent to her by the company. Most of the other youtubers who have them were all samples. I was talking to one of the artists, and she said that it should come out next week Tuesday or something but I'm now sure.
Madame Reader aaaaaahhh!!!!! no soy la unica , que bien porque me sentia sola en este mundo 😢😢😢😢 y ademas porque habia puros comentarios en ingles 😐😐😐😐 ( I don't speak spanish😬😬😝

That seems like a great suggestion, I might try that with one of the booklets. And thanks! ^^
These are similar to Peerless Watercolours. Nice to know there is another kind of paint like this. Thanks for sharing :)
There are Peerless Watercolors that are super similar! The Peerless ones come as singles and are easier to keep from sticking :)
Jaw = DROPPED
I have never heard of colorsheets before, but they seem so damn cool!! Also, I really love the drawing you made in this video. The colors are pure perfection. You always inspire me!

Maybe you could do the primary color challenge
Great idea!
Kattvalk 😊
omg anne
You could tear out the pages :) Great video!
They seem very similar to peerless watercolors. Peerless has been around for quite some time.

If you want to try a different brand the peerless watercolors are really good too, same deal it comes in little sheets or booklets.
I've been watching you since over half a year now and today when I received my scrawlrbox and saw your art in it :3 let me just say girl I'm happy for you, keep up the cool drawings. 🌸
I am just blown away at your artwork! Your voice is also adorable as well🐱.
wow, this drawing turned out so nice!! love it *-* you're awesome(:

Omg Kattvalk all you are the featured artist for the October scrawlerbox!
Those are so cool and different. I like it! Beautiful work as always.
This is super cool!! I'm always watercolouring out and about so this would probably be cool to work with. I can't wait for them to go one sale!!
Looks great! Can't wait for it to release so I can get my hands on some! And, as always with your reviews, great job!
its nice that u always give n honest review no matter what brand, and to that u deserve a patt on the back 😊
What an interesting product! The colours are beautiful. I love your cats with too many eyes :)

Love your videos!

Definitely seem like these would be neat for traveling with watercolor
Wow, the colours look amazing! Love your painting
I think they are amazing, your review was pretty interesting! I love high pigmented watercolors, so I'll definitely give it a go :)
Wow it's great idea!!!! Perfect when you are traveling

Omg these look SOOOOO cool I really want them!
its a cool idea but id rather take out the pages and place them in a pallet like thing or if the pages were separated better in the booklet
I think it would be handy if you could pull off the pages, so that you don't need to flip the pages all the time, but for the colors look really cool and pigmented and it's such a cool and original idea

Great review.

What paper do you use?, I've been looking for durable paper that doesn't peel or is just totally messed up by water . Any suggestions ?
(For water colouring)
8_neon_lights_8 - I use the cansons watercolor paper
I got an art challenge draw four or how many Disney princesses with ViViVa or let your cat pick your art supplies.
its amazing!
So they are basically like Peerless watercolors...does anyone know if they are going to be cheaper than Peerless?

If the papers keep sticking try just taking them out, like unstapleing it
this is cool
