I’ve quit vaping before which is why I wanted to do it this way. Now weed is down to about .5 a day. Switching to CBD after this joint that lasts me a couple days. Slowly tapering off made me feel so much more okay with quitting. Been planning this for months and so far tobacco is gone forever, about to give up weed for cbd and then vaping cold turkey once this disposable is gone

That is the addiction is fooling us into thinking that we are " cool, sexy, relaxed" when in reality we are getting fat, stupid, stressed, anxiety, fear, poor, unfit.

I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

Will be one full year come February since I last lit up. No vapes. No gum. Used the patch for the first several months. Quitting smoking is a total marathon though. Still have those bad weeks even after all this time. My patience is about half of what it used to be. Looking back on things, pretty sure that was always just a character flaw of mine, & cigs definitely rounded those sharp edges of mine, which is why I took to them so intensely. I've met other people who can do the same with cigarettes and any other substance. I've also met people who have tried every recreational drug under the sun yet nicotine was the hardest for them to quit. Oddly enough, caffeine is WAY more psychoactive to me than nicotine. Using caffeine after about a month of abstinence, a strong cup of cold brew for example, gives an almost psychedelic effect for me.

Hey Theo I quit the vape by using the patch I started with the full strength one for 2 weeks then the lower dose ones for a week then the last week I would cut those in half to make the dose a little lower. Every time I would have the urge to vape I would pop a wintergreen life saver mint in my mouth I ate a lot of mints but it worked to get the hand to mouth motion still. I was fully addicted to vaping the 50% nic I did it for 3 years after smoking cigs for 15. But the only way you can quit is if you actually want to. If your gonna do nicotine at least use zyn or something cus vape is terrible for you now days they have added something to it that’s not good it seems like.

I think it's about a religious view on her past tattoos and how she doesn't want them apart of her life but still loves herself with ink

      Kat's Response:
"17 sessions, and almost 40 accumulative hours later, we are about 80% done with blacking out my body.
Maybe before commenting any negativity, just remind yourself: What you consider ugly, might be beautiful to someone else.
•IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR TATTOOS, WHY DON’T YOU GET THEM LASERED OFF?
I actually did start lasering tattoos, and although I think laser tattoo removal is effective, I personally wasn’t a good candidate considering how much coverage I wanted to remove.
Laser is a slow (and extremely painful) process, that depending on your tattoo, can take more than 10 sessions, including long healing periods in between.
•WHY ARE YOU COVERING UP ALL YOUR TATTOOS?
I had many tattoos that represented a part of my life that no longer aligns with who I am today. Some people are fine with keeping these types of landmarks in time on them - I personally grew tired of waking up to them, and seeing those constant reminders every time I looked in a mirror.
Also, I really love the esthetic. I know it’s not for everyone but it is very satisfying to me to see a clean slate when I look down onto my arms."

@@Adam_Bombz Peolpe who get tattoos are always justifying why they got them and the meaning behind them. If each person was on a deserted island at the young age before getting tattoos and they had all they equipment there to have tattoos, no would have them. Tattoos are really all about validation and attention which is the same for why woman wear makeup. This is an insecurity thing that will be denied and justified by those that have them. Everything we do is out of fear and love, but mainly fear

I totally get it. I'm 64 yrs old. My circulation is a wreck from cigs and I'm sitting here smoking anyway. Worst mistake I ever made was cigs. And beer. I USED to hang out with cowboys & bikers. I was a bartender. Most of my friends are dead now.

I was chain smoking a pack a day for about a year, sometimes 2 packs. Smoked 4 in one sitting and knew I had to quit. Went cold turkey and always came back to it years later. Really struggled with it for a couple years. I took mushrooms once at a festival and I've never really had the urge since then. Apparently mushrooms are effective 80% of the time for quitting nicotine.
