One of my favorite Jackie Chan movies. The final fight is spectacular. This short guy has starred in a few movies with Jackie in the background, but he shines here.
@ramborpah4life: Yes, Brad Allan was a member of Jackie Chan's Stunt Team and was the first Non Asian person to join it. He also appeared opposite Jackie on Saturday Night Live when Jackie hosted, and they had a short fight at the opening of the episode.
Cool review, I was Jackie Chan and Jet Li fan in 2000 and 2001. Back then I remember seen Gorgeous (1999) saw it probably for VHS. Jackie Chan mid-90s movies I probably saw in TV either 2000 and 2001. Jackie Chan's Shanghai Noon (2000) and Rush Hour 2 (2001) I saw for VHS. Jet Li's Romeo Must Die (2000) and Kiss of the Dragon (2001) for VHS. That was my history of Kung Fu movies from over 20 years ago. Later I discovered really fun movie called The Young Master (1980), which is in my opinion JC's best movie.
Thanks for the shoutout and the review Matt appreciate it I’ll send you a request first of October for a Halloween themed movie
Celebrating the 25th anniversary to a Underrated Jackie Chan Film and that is Gorgeous! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

RIP to him. He died in 2021
The final fight is still one of Chan's best whatever anyone thinks of the actual film.
