I totally agree. People who joined the clique in Blurryface (like me!) are just as real as the fans who have been here the whole time. So many people are saying that it's too bad that these 'fake fans' won't get to hear this older music, but that's totally not true. And just because some fans might like Ride or Stressed Out more than some other Tøp songs doesn't mean they are fake. All of this fake fan stuff needs to stop, because we are a family, new fans or old fans.

Wow I got chills reading that! I feel you... Well kinda. Twenty one pilots (specifically Tyler Joseph) helped me outta a weird kind of depression. It started just with a small common I hate my life blow outs and one day it got real bad. Not your typical terrible depression it was triggered by a small mistake that was reminding me of everything wrong I've done I desperately wanted to kill myself desperately but was terrified out of my fucking mind if I survived a suicide attempt and how shocked everyone would be to see that I'm not just some "happy car guy". I cried and lied on my bed for days listening to this band I just got into (twenty one pilots). And after about a week of listening mainly to isle of flightless birds, a car a torch a death, taxi cab, doubt and a few other songs I was fine. It took me about 5-6 months later while listening too them on Spotify that they were the reason I got out of the worst days of my life. I haven't been depressed or blown up since.

It made me realize that no matter who you are and no matter what youve done, someone out there loves you. As I was there that night for my friend. That's why I love Twenty One Pilots. Everytime I would feel very sad at school, I would go into this tiny area no one ever goes to, tho everyone knows about it. I would take my earphones out and sob to this while mouthing the lyrics. I would do this over and over and over again and it never failed. It never cheered me up but it helped me to release everything, to feel empty because it's better that way than to be filled with sorrow

I've been listening to Twenty One Pilots since I heard Stressed Out. I was just listening to their "popular" stuff at first. Then I came to a point where I was lip syncing to their music on the bus before school. I haven't been through the stuff some of you guys, but I've had my bad days--more than a fair share. Many caused by classmates. I just find some song by Twenty One Pilots to listen to when I've had a bad day. It soothes me, makes me happy. Then I see the comments and I'm remember that my minor struggles are much more temporary than other people's. I'm a proud fan of such beautiful music. I'm not even in eighth grade yet, but I already need someone to go to as an escape. I'm glad that this is where my escape room is.

He even mentioned in an interview that's what exactly made him write truce and guns for hands- because he knew that many people are struggling in their lives and are having suicidal thoughts so he wanted to send a message through writing these songs- and to be honest TB saga is the most meaningful song to me, like, it explains how I feel 24/7.

You affect others every single day of your life and if you were gone, then that wouldn't happen. The point is that if you didn't exist anymore you'd never again feel that happy rush when your favorite song comes on or that warmth when you make someone smile or laugh or even just do a nice thing. There's so much to live for, honestly. Even the smallest things like the scent and the color of green grass turns after it rains, watching a dog trot happily down a street, seeing a couple so obviously in love in public. The experience of life is just..thrilling. Sometimes life beats you down and you feel like it'll never get better, I know, but take it from someone who's literally had pills ready in her hand, that it gets better. The struggle that is fighting depression and suicidal thoughts are well worth it because someday in the future, when you're laying in bed at the end of a long day, you'll smile and be glad that you kept fighting. And your loved ones will be, too.

I feel that I can really connect to this song because of all of the messed up crap that is messed up with me. I have dealt with an eating disorder called anorexia and I cut myself. About a year ago, I wanted to be done with my life. I didn't want to be here anymore, I didn't feel as if there was a purpose for me being here. I was dealing with low self-esteem, depression, and suicidal thoughts. I stumbled across this song, (and Lovely) and it brought me to tears. I started sobbing because I knew that there were people that cared for me and loved me for who I was. Because of these two songs, I am still alive today. I know I would have probably tried to commit suicide at some point for some reason. I still deal with my eating disorder, cutting, and depression, but I no longer have suicidal thoughts. Also, I know that neither of them will see this comment, but I just wanted to say, Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for saving my life. The way I like to think of it to tell people is this: everyone has a purpose in life, and if you feel you have no purpose, then your purpose is to find a purpose. Pretty much I am saying that some people think about suicide from thinking they don't have a reason to be alive. If that is true then your meaning/purpose is to find a meaning/purpose, one that makes you feel complete. I'm not sure how much sense that makes, but it does to me at least. :) Stay alive |-/

I would do this over and over and over again and it never failed. It never cheered me up but it helped me to release everything, to feel empty because it's better that way than to be filled with sorrow

I've been listening to Twenty One Pilots since I heard Stressed Out. I was just listening to their "popular" stuff at first. Then I came to a point where I was lip syncing to their music on the bus before school. I haven't been through the stuff some of you guys, but I've had my bad days--more than a fair share. Many caused by classmates. I just find some song by Twenty One Pilots to listen to when I've had a bad day. It soothes me, makes me happy. Then I see the comments and I'm remember that my minor struggles are much more temporary than other people's. I'm a proud fan of such beautiful music. I'm not even in eighth grade yet, but I already need someone to go to as an escape. I'm glad that this is where my escape room is.

I just love this song and album. The lyrics are really meaningful in every one of their songs and I think it's sad that most people only know stressed out, ride, or heathens. There's so much to live for, honestly. Even the smallest things like the scent and the color of green grass turns after it rains, watching a dog trot happily down a street, seeing a couple so obviously in love in public. The experience of life is just..thrilling. Sometimes life beats you down and you feel like it'll never get better, I know, but take it from someone who's literally had pills ready in her hand, that it gets better. The struggle that is fighting depression and suicidal thoughts are well worth it because someday in the future, when you're laying in bed at the end of a long day, you'll smile and be glad that you kept fighting. And your loved ones will be, too.

I feel that I can really connect to this song because of all of the messed up crap that is messed up with me. I have dealt with an eating disorder called anorexia and I cut myself. About a year ago, I wanted to be done with my life. I didn't want to be here anymore, I didn't feel as if there was a purpose for me being here. I was dealing with low self-esteem, depression, and suicidal thoughts. I stumbled across this song, (and Lovely) and it brought me to tears. I started sobbing because I knew that there were people that cared for me and loved me for who I was. Because of these two songs, I am still alive today. I know I would have probably tried to commit suicide at some point for some reason. I still deal with my eating disorder, cutting, and depression, but I no longer have suicidal thoughts. Also, I know that neither of them will see this comment, but I just wanted to say, Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for saving my life. I-/
