They best way I have found to grow a beard is: fist cut down an oak with a double sided axe, next go fishing with your bare hands, following that tame a pack of wolves, and finally eat at least twelve strips of bacon and drink a fourth of whisky every day. After you do these things you should have a beard Merlin would be proud of. :)

Honestly minoxidil works, and it works well! For me at least. Been using it for 5 weeks now and my cheeks have gone from being hairless except for my jawline, and they're currently completely filled with brown (albeit still thin) hairs. I'm sure in a few weeks I'll have a (reasonably) full beard :D

Cowboy Hank Same here man. On my 12th week now with minoxidil and I've got crazy results. From pretty much no hair on my cheeks to a nice "shadowy beard" if that makes sense. Haha. I'm really impressed with it! And surprised that it's working so well.

I'm sure it only works if you already have the hair follicles on your face but are too stubborn to grow out and the minox gives it that boost it needs to grow

i used it on my hair, to stop hairfall and I was very pleased with results. I'm planing to buy somo more and to use it for a year without pauses. Let's hope I'll get good results. cheer up!

I have tried Minoxidil and in deed it worked... for a while. Yes it grows beard on your face. but you need to apply it 2 times a day. it was itchy af. it dried your skin. skins falling off. pimples growing. At one point I got really tired of it. So I stopped using it. after 2 week it completely got back to normal(before I started using Minox). My beard is not growing back after a clean shave. I was a disappointed at first but luckily, my own natural beard starts growing(I was 20). Now I only take biotin everyday and happy with what I have :)

ive personally tried this as i have a patchy beard and i have to say it does work. i tried it for a month then stopped using it after noticing erectile dysfuntion which turned out to be one of the side effects.. i wouldnt recommend this to anyone unless you're willing to take ur chances.

Five Months later I would say I am making progress, but it is not as fast as the first months though (And I have used it without missing a dose), bottom beard has become Terminal and I have vellus higher right under cheekbones that connect to the connectors to the Mustache which I believe will be terminal in about 3 months, I hope as this is the MOST important part of the beard, aside from the bottom of the lip, no more side effects, none of the chronic itches from the first months, some acne.

That's not how Minoxidil works. You need to continue use until those vellus hairs fully mature into dark adult beard hairs. If you stop using Minoxidil during the start of growth for those hairs, they will die off and your beard will thin out again. They need dosage of Minoxidil until they're able to be strong enough and mature to be without product. Check my channel out, I have progress videos from doing it right and doing research. Very simple. You put 1 ml using the dropper in one palm of your hand, then with 2 fingers from your other hand you dip them into the 1ml in your palm and massage evenly across your face. Hope that helps!

I've been using Minoxidil on and off for a while now but for my balding head. I put what remains on the tips of my fingers on my face and I've gained hair growth on my face more than my head!

Many people swear by the original 5% rogaine solution, but I personally recommend Kirkland 5% minoxidil for beard growth.
This is simply because they are the exact same stuff, but rogaine is twice as expensive due to being the “original brand”.
Castor Oil dose somewhat the same thing, all natural.

yea man its worth it. Yesterday I just came on 8 weeks. I could already grow a very weak beard. But now there's vellus hairs all over the place, and they're getting darker by the day.
do keep us up to date about the proces since you've stopped using it. Products like minoxidil require you to use it a life time, or else it won't grow back. 3 weeks won't be enough to determine whether your beard stops growing or not. Would be interesting to see a video in 2/3 months.

Life is funny, as a kid I never wanted to grow a beard, however I started to grow a beard at a really young age. Now I'm 26 y/o I'm so proud I can grow a full beard lol, I feel like a real man, but you guys with no facial hair shouldn't feel less of a man for not growing a full beard it shouldn't influence in your self-esteem.

okay so no new facial hair yet its been about a month... BUT i definitely have to shave more frequently, it was only about once every two wks or so now its ever 2/3 days...if that helps.

Ive been subscribed for a while now. I was here when you were bald
I started October 2018 and now growth is still pretty slow, been inconsistent with application and now doing once a day due to a busy schedule. Bought biotin and beard oil( to help with the dry skin) so far my growth has been okay, I see it working so I’ll keep going. Hairs grew in on my neck and face the baby hairs just fell off I think or shedded and now growing into the thicker hairs but growth is slow.
I am 10 weeks deep into my minox journey, key is to be consistent. Minimum applying it once but if you can twice will be good

Minox works yet Minox is uber dangerous, I was aware of heart problem it can cause yet after 6 days I just got the "usual" peeling and redness, I was happy because it worked already after only 6 days and I doesn't have the heart side effect. Yet the seventh days I got heart palpitation, drop of tension, 120bpm and basically woke up at night feeling like I was dying.
I wouldn't recommend this product, yes it do works but the cost is too high especially if you keep in mind that those heart side effect are quite common and happen to approx 30% of users which is incredibly high.
so how the fuck is this shit even available for legal purchase?
I don't know, money probably, it do work but it can be extremely dangerous for many people.
I would recommend to stick to one application a day instead of two because it's useless, the product got a 22hours half life on skin, and 4 hours half life in bloodstream taking it twice just make more minox for longer time in the blodstream and nothing more on the skin, and using half the dosage (0.5ml).

Using minoxidil twice a day is best but just like you I personally apply once before bed because doing it in the morning has my face dry as fuck for the whole day so yes once a day is great as well, it just might take a bit longer.

An Asian friend used Minoxidil to grow hair on his thighs. His legs below the knees were very hairy but completely smooth above the knees. So he started using Minoxidil on his thighs and it worked. He has hairy legs all the way up.
Somebody should try it on one leg and compare it to the other leg.

Most are vellus hairs but its happened in 4 months and is visible. My dad has a killer beard, so if its not in your genetics to grow in a beard in the future, it wont happen

3 weeks is a short break, once you completely stop to use the product you're slowly losing again your beard, minoxidil/rogain must be used lifetime to keep their improvements (short breaks can be included).

I started with Minoxidil recently. I’ve only used it 4 daya straight and i noticed increased heart rate and i have a pimple on the face. I haven’t had pimples since i was in high school and i’m 23.
Sub Zer0 use foam. I got the same problem with the liquid version and no side effects with the foam
if you gonna use minoxidil, I recommend to use it more than 3 months. I grew a beard from almost nothing, but it took about 10 months, then I stopped for a year and I still have a beard, it grows. First result may came only after 2-3 months

@@allexfenty there was a slight rollback when I stopped it, to 80% or so, but then it stopped there. I haven't used any minoxidil then for around 3 years, but I decided to grow it a bit more, so currently, I'm using it for more than a year. Much better than after the first course, but still, it's not Arabic/Armenian. I think I've reached my genetic limit

I heard from a lot of videos that once you start using it you have to use it forever. Cause if you stop using you lose the hair you gained . This usually happed on people who used it for their heads but I haven’t heard anyone who uses it on their beard saying that they lost it when they stop using it .. I have good beard but I wanted to have a nice fully beard but I didn’t want to use monóxidil cause I heard I cause a lot of side effects but again all people react different.. I’m now thinking more in using but for the hair on my head and still not sure if I should
