- our favorite excursion ever! Pizza Pacaya in Guatemala is a unique place where you can hike an active volcano and eat fresh yummy pizza baked inside the volcano. Our kids age 3 and 5 did a wonderful job riding horses and then hiking to the top. As a reward they got to roast marshmallows and make smores. Big thank you to David @pizzapacayadedavidgarcia5809 who hikes the volcano every day and makes the best pizza in the world.
Unforgettable experience and an excursion highly recommended for families that love to travel. Even a 3 year old can do it!

I'll tell you a little secret: we've been to many countries in Europe and Asia and every time when people ask us what was our favorite trip we always say: Guatemala! We will be back for sure. Our kids remember the trip very well. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!
