Great video guys. But what happened at then end of the video? And what was the solution?

Hi. We ubered to the trailhead because we wanted to hike independently but can’t hike without a guide and once we finished, we were basically stranded without a ride as it’s pretty remote. Fortunately, after trying for 45 minutes we were able to request an Uber therefore solved our problem.
Moral of the story, book a tour to hike Pacaya volcano and don’t try to do this yourself unless of course you have your own transportation.
