    hey sam, did u not put any sealer on the corners of the head, just were the seams are? i was under the impression even with a new gasket this had to be done, or it will leak again bud

      @sampaddy, nice 1 bud, just the 4 corners need a little, im sure if u watch your video back, u will see some of the factory sealer, kinda orange in colour i think, i did the same as urself many years ago, but no sealer, and it leaked after a few days, dab of honda bond, all good😄👍

      @xrayxl all us honda lovers have to share hints and tips in the community, im a cl9 owner, learnt a lot from these kinda how to videos, from reseting vsa/abs, to timing chains and tensioners, to some of the easier things, cam covers, valve lash etc, its a great group to be part of, 😄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

      @@daz918 I can't agree more with you, absolutely 100%. And the world opens up, if you search for FN2 videos. Amazing knowledge share based information. Actually, you don't know where to start haha. Dynodaze Honda videos is a good start and what can be modded. Not to advetrtisement for them, but how many lovely people there are in their community too. Just top notch and honest. Just like you are 🙂

    Great video! That looks so good. I just wonder if you could have done the valve clearance with it too? You had it off and could check for specs. Anyway, alway snice to see DIY videos about the FN2. Got mine last month of the 10th. Got a nice list of a to do list, lol. Btw, check @daz question below. Even though you used a thin layer as a sealer. Just keep an eye on it ;-) (sure you do!)

      Cheers! I should have done the valve clearances I even have a feeler gauge 😅 I’ll pin daz’s comment so other people can be aware of this, I may have it off again when I do the chain so noted!

    Hi sam the rocker circle rubber seals how far in after banging do they go. Like is it all the way down? Mine stuck half way after hitting them in. Please advice ASAP thanks?????

    • @sampaddyprojectz
      @sampaddyprojectz  11 місяців тому +1

      Should be seated well enough after a few taps with a rubber mallet, have a look from the top of the rocker cover, as long as there sitting evenly when you tighten it down they will go into place 👍🏻
