Players haven’t changed at all like Gary said there’s players that have been here longer than a manager has, and when a new manager comes in there’s still no change. Clear out players first, bring in young hungry players that are willing to give everything not only for the manager but for the badge and the fans that go and support them.

I agree with Gary, I think at this moment in time the one thing United need is stability. They need to get to a situation whereby they can recalibrate the foundations of the club, because what’s going on at the moment is not right, it’s not. It’s why, for the last 18 months I’ve been calling for an independent regulator to come into English football and sort it out, because at this moment in time Martin it’s broken, Manchester United football club is broken.

It's always seemed like a structural problem at play within the club. The players they have bought have not been improved. Which leads me to believe the standard of coaching just isn't fit for purpose.

This is different, we can’t see any attempt of a plan or style from Ten Hag which “just” needs better recruitment etc. Theres going to be a whole new board and recruitment structure, get a new manager to build a brand new team from scratch to go with that at the same time 👍
Massimiliano Allegri is a good manager in my view. Ten Haag is also a top football manager.

I see what he's saying and agree in principle BUT the stability now needs to come from positions occupied by Ratcliffe/Brailsworth/Berrada/Ashwort/Wilcox etc. If they feel ETH is the coach to fit into that plan than great, keep him and I wish him the best. Changing the coach hasn’t worked but we have had bankers buying our players for the last 10 years to tick spreadsheet boxes.

The issue has actually been less the shots on goal (by the way, you don't go up or down the table based on that stat, it is shots that go in and as shots on target alone shows, there's been a big difference between shots against and shots on target) and the lack of goals in attack.
And there is your problem - you cite Derby with 11 points but United have 5 times that. Your stat is meaningless. Why not cite number of progressive passes or any other stat in isolation?

Not the coach that needs changing the playing staff need an almost complete clear out.
I am under no illusions that the amount of injuries has been a mitigating factor this year, but for me the catalyst was the De Gea fiasco. I still believe had we kept him, we would not be in this position. Their is no doubt in my mind he would have gave us more wins or draws. Behind the scenes, Ten Hag lost the team at that moment.

We want to be challenging for the league & Europa league next season not delay tactics like Tuchel or Southgate or Potter or DeZerbi or mismanaging EtH cos we'll be better off with Ole or Outsider like Zidane than EtH cos EtH lacks people skills meaning wrong type of manager to take charge of our club.
The best advice we're prepare to offer is EtH & his team should pack their bags & go back to Ajax or Bayern to reinvent himself!

Envision Eric Ten Hag guiding Real Madrid or Barcelona; it's unlikely he'd struggle. So, why the challenges this season? It hints at deeper issues within Manchester United. Is it confidence, pitch conditions, training facilities, fitness routines, player quality, or even the absence of oversized stadium screens or leaking roof? Alternatively maybe, player misconduct like gambling or external factors such as financial interests undermining the team could be factors. Or perhaps opposing teams are investing heavily to sabotage ManUtd, internally or externally. Pinpointing the exact cause is challenging, but it's clear Ten Hag isn't the core issue.
Arsenal believed in Mikel Arteta and the best thing Arteta did for the club and himself was to cut loose the underperforming players. The likes of Lacazette, Auba, Bellerin, etc... t
Changing the coach wouldn't even work Obviously because of the structure behind the team's administration. Keeping TenHag for this complete Rebuild would be like building LA TOUR EIFFEL on the beach. Unless united can and ready to offload at least 10-15 players ( the bad apples)
