Good stuff. Super handy. I just recently tried that dremel technique out myself. Definitely works great. I’ll be adding this to my tips and tricks playlists I have started.
Thank you for this series!! I would have already screwed up....I would have started on the outside of where I wanted to 'rust'! Happy (belated) new Year!
Will follow this with interest. I'm very qurious in weathering modelcars but i have really never done it, to be honest it have always scared me to death. It is really out of my comfort zone
@KitbashedKustoms it's really a lot of fun. It comes naturally to me because I live in the rust belt and have seen rotted and rusted stuff everyday of my life. I think you would be really good at it Jimmi
@dirtroadcinderella1854 I was just curious. They look the same I think. I go from the outside, probably because of all the times I've pushed on a little rust spot and my whole hand we've through 😆🤯
Great information. Thanks Tiffany

Thanks for the video Tiffany. I like the technique with the hobby knife. I was issues pin vice bits and it looked to symmetrical like you said.
@modelbuildingcorner it is very easy to get caught up in semetry. I fight it every time. Have a good weekend Joe

Thanks Tiffany. P.S. How Are You And Dad Doing With The Builds? Keep On Modeling!
@@stephenKessel thank you. DAD? Both of my fathers are dead
Good video Tiffany, our techniques are very similar but I have a question. Why did you start poking the holes with the xacto from the inside?
@pappytinkers thank you and it's how I was taught. It keeps undo marks off the body and makes the holes appear more random.
@dirtroadcinderella1854 I was just curious. They look the same I think. I go from the outside, probably because of all the times I've pushed on a little rust spot and my whole hand we've through 😆🤯
