2. I started my locs July 4, 2021
3. I have around 77 locs, but I started with 129. My stylist combined them due to them being too small.

5. I went to a stylist for about 8 or 9 months and she used gel to do my retwist. She retwisted with water and oil, only, as requested, on my last visit. with her in March 2022. • BLUE MAGIC HAIR GREASE...
6. I started retwisting my hair, myself, May 2022 using oil and water, only.
7. My desired length is mid-back length locs.
8. I retwist every 2 to 4 months bcuz I love the nappy/knotty roots look and don't want my locs to be thin and skinny.

I hate washing my hair at night as well, I don't like the feeling with wet hair on my bonnet and laying my head down on the pillow feels yucky to me 😂. I like washing my hair in the afternoon on my off day, even tho I work from home 😂.I don't have locs cause I have an itchy scalp.

I try to start my wash day from late morning or early afternoon. But I usually procrastinate while trying to pluck up the motivation and don't end up doing it until around 5pm (or after), lol! Then you'll find me doing the final drying and moisturising at around 11pm 😬

I have to come to terms that I prefer the evening/night and have to craft my life around it.
The last time I was a "morning person" was Saturday mornings in childhood lol

Hey Sista Nezi 😘 ❤ I shampoo usually on Saturday mornings...but today I shampooed at 6pm🥴 It's air drying now...don't feel like blow drying 😪 tonight! Your hair is VERY CUTE!!

I rememer those days as a loose natural. I do not miss detangling and blow drying my hair. 😮 6pm is late to do our hair. Thank you!😁

👋 You are so correct. I would never wash my locs anymore even if I’m too tired. Also, I rarely air dry anymore unless I have time to sit in the hot sun. I recommend either blow drying or sitting under a hooded dryer. Your hair is so thick that your locs are probably much more heavier when wet and will take extra time to dry.💚

Nez, I like to do my hair in mid morning/ afternoon. I'm natural and wear passion twist protective styles most of the time and I love it.

Hi Nezi/Niko,
I do both late afternoon to early evening (3pm - 6pm CST). I don't wash my hair in the shower though, use the kitchen sink instead since big chopped. As the saying goes you do you. 😄

I usually shampoo in the morning and after I condition and seal, I let my hair air dry, put my bonnet on and lay back down, because after all that Im usually tired😂

I don’t like wet hair at night either. I wash my hair during early day, giving it time to dry. I don’t have locs so I also sit under the hair dryer.

I will never let anybody stick 3 prongs in my locs or anything, else. The only thing that will be used, that has prongs, is a fork, to feed my fat face.😀
