Hello there! I was wondering if you might have any suggestions for my situation: pushups are a great workout, but they're meant for the chest. My problem (maybe I'm doing something wrong?) is that my triceps always fatigue way before my chest, especially with 3 different muscle groups to be worked within the chest. So I tend to be left feeling like my chest only got a slight workout, but I can't work my chest more on account of my triceps being shot. Do you have any suggestions?

Any pointers going straight into plyometric pushups for older folks? I'm 50 but can do 40 pressups in one set but not sure about injury with doing those from cold.

Like yesterday, I completed all the exercises on my knees.
Up until the diamond pushups, it was a good but doable challenge. But then I felt yesterday's workout in my triceps and I couldn't get up.
Liked the slowed down exercises at the end a lot. Even though the last one really took a lot of convincing.

I suggest you to switch between both, and see which one you like most and stick to it, try to go 1 time then 2 then 3 times in the row with 2 min rest
