This is the best froggie warmup I’ve ever tried! I was always like “ow why” when I go down to a froggie, but this time it felt like “yeahhh I needed this”! Thank you so much❤
I thought "this is exactly what i need" until i realize i was already able to keep it off ice, at least i did some warm up in the middle of the night lol I started taking class this year and tbh, the vid "13 fun tricks" is my to do list. It inspired me a lot and keep inspiring me, thanks you for it - some links in your first vid could be useful for future viewers ;)
