I wanted to start cycling but i know will get mugged or chased by stray dogs. Same goes for walking and running. I did start running on my roof (i have large flat roof) but after running and turning around again and again my foot got injured. Muscle is strained or something. I live in a third world world so it's not easy to go outside it's not safe speciallyif you have your phone or gadgets with you. Gym and weight lifting is something everybody here wants to do. So i am doing that now.
