I recently had a best friend that took his life and it was so unexpected because he seemed like he was happy and never made any indication that he was in a bad place mentally. So I go back and listen to post traumatic and the lyrics make much more sense to me. I just hope that if anyone is contemplating suicide that they don't do it. I hope that they seek out help and understand that they are not alone and the negative impact it has on those who love them.
