@@sherrykelley2038 I’ve had a few but not many. I think my problem is that it’s so big and there’s so much dead water to eliminate, I don’t fish it enough to eliminate that dead water.
Definitely have to learn where to go & to not skip the obvious. It's a mountain lake reservoir more than it is anything. Fishes like one. It's so big too.
You should try and get those fish back in the water way sooner than that. Especially the keeper smallmouth. Keeping them out of the water that long is hard on them. Outside a tourney weight and length both ain’t that important
I don’t recognize that spot your fishing at. Where were you? Just by eyeballing it looks like not a good spot… you’ve got good graphs on the boat… Cumberland is full of structure and channels and great places for fish to find a little cover… those are the spots you need to look for… go up the creek in alligator or Caney fork! Plus you’d be sheltered from that wind… I’ve lived and fished Lake Cumberland my whole life… it’s not hard to fish… Avoid the main lake and get back in the creeks
Blessed me to watch ya on the water . Blessed me even more hearing about Jesus. May God bless ya on and of the water brother .
@@cliffordsreellife7323 thank you my friend, may God bless you as well.

Man you keep those fish out way too long if you are going to release them do it.
You’re probably right, I need to be more mindful of that.
If it’s cold and they’re not hooked bad you have some leeway
looks like you had a good day. what are those gloves you are wearing?
They are by KastKing. I got them off of Amazon.
Another great video, crank baits killing them right now.
@@kyanglr4071 thanks buddy! Heck yeah I’m having a blast cranking right now.
Water temps were 50s or 40s?

@@davidjessee7701 that’s on the main lake just above Cub Creek
Are you intentionally killing the fish
