One thing I both love and hate about this channel is that a lot of the parts are just things you found somewhere that happened to fit. It is cool how you can make such cool things with scrap parts but it's really hard to follow and make your own.

o'clock, of course keeping the 12 as a closure, so that it appears on purpose

If dislectic put numbers on it, be sure you have another clock so you get your numbers in the right spot? Cooler put on upside down forget the extra clock, sideways but still in correct place. Or just put them all over, works

My question is why did you not place beads between the final two sticks?
If I did this, I'd want the hands to be more vibrant. It looks kinda hard to read at a glance.
You could always paint over some lolly sticks, and use them as hands. You'd have to make sure the holes are exact to squeeze over the ledges of the quartz movement.
***** Or you could even paint the sticks on the clock itself and use different coloured beads to make any kind of colour combination that you want.
***** In America, at most craft stores you can buy pre-painted popsicle sticks. I bet you could get some online. :D

I want to make this. I think what I would do instead is make it out of 100% wood, except for the clock mechanism of course. There is some really nice wooden beads that would look better. I bet you I could find a bottle lid that I do not need to file down.
