Okay, facial hair! I’ve been watching your older videos so much that seeing you like this was surprising (in a good way)… This is definitely one of my fave UA-cam channels, no doubt! Thanks for the content!!!
Pretty sure I have the same table! Looks like you could use rollerblade wheels for your chair. I switched mine and it’s way better! Thanks for all your videos. I enjoy and benefit immensely from your content 😊
I did the second one but didn't put my arms down soon enough and went sliding off the bed head first like a seal sliding off an ice sheet into the water
I just watched your video because I am looking for an answer to the problem I have. Namely, 12 days ago I was working alone in the yard doing heavy physical work, carrying bags of heavy items from one former republic to another, and now, on the 10th day, I feel constant tingling in my left hand, especially in the fingers - the fingertips. It’s very persistent, 24/7. I am very worried because I don’t know what to do, I’ve tried exercises, massaging with magnesium oil, warm compresses, creams, B complex, kelp powder, etc., and nothing has really changed, only my little finger has started to function, the other four are still tingling. Could you please tell me what I should do because I know I need to do something, I am damaging the peripheral blood vessels in my fingers. I must add that after coming home from the yard, I fell asleep and laid with that hand under my body, and during the night, I felt the tingling starting, but I was in a deep sleep and just kept sleeping, ignoring the tingling. Since the next day, it hasn’t stopped, as I said, only the little finger managed to return to normal, but the other four still have tingling. I would be very grateful if you could write what I should do and how to proceed in this terrible situation. I don’t have any pain below my elbow, only tingling. Thank you.
Nice! Can't say I wasn't waiting patiently to see you getting yourself upright after tip #2.
I should've left it in. It was a proper flop

Thanks for the helpful tips - the hanging position really helps me alleviate some low back discomfort.
Happy to help!

@@YS-lf9xw I've been saying it for years!
I needed this! Thanks...💯
Oh my god! This is so useful!) What do you do for your forearms and hands to keep them always healthy?
It’s an uphill battle but a lot of focus massage and self care at home
Trying this tonight!

In the second stretch, is the back to remain straight throughout?
Yes keep the back straight
