I am a master at making Chinese egg rolls. But I only use one wrap per egg roll. Mostly because when I cook them, EVERYONE wants them lol. So I make 40 at a time. Since there are 20 wraps per pack. This is the first I’ve seen of anyone making what you did which just sounds amazing. I’ll have to try it. Keep posting videos, I’m loving it.

Hey Gina, I know you did this Video 3yrs or so ago, but I just love these egg rolls. Thank you for teaching me a new way of rolling my egg rolls. Thank you for sharing. The trick to the egg rolls is to fry them in frying pan with less oil. This gives you controll over the Browning process.
