as a junior, nope. anyone who is serious about high school will develop senioritis early on. additionally, SAT, ACT, and PSAT (NMS) are junior year. most people take easier classes senior year, and junior year is hellyear. my junior year is definitely hellyear, but senior year will only be worse because i’ve saved certain gems like AP Calc and AP Physics for last, and i still have to somehow get my extra three years of math and extra two years of english in, and somehow fit in more extra science 😭. i go to a competitive high school (public school though) so maybe it’s different in other places but at my school, the smart people develop depression way earlier 😶
The senior in this made me feel like how my whole schooling went. I was just so tired and done. It wasn't even the schoolwork I was tired of. It was just the people. The people were so so very toxic..... The school also didn't care if you didn't feel safe :/ (I reported more than once people throwing stuff at me from a moving car nothing was done about it) I'm so glad I'm out of high school that place sucked and it sounds like it has gotten even worse since I was there and that's scary I haven't even been gone for a year....

actually in my high school we had all our big tests in junior year. I didn't even really take any big tests senior year at all, I even skipped one of the finals and didn't make it up. I had a 100% in literally every other assignment so I still got a c- at the end of the year
I’m a sophomore and I feel about half as depressed as a senior and I hate guys in general, especially the ones in my grade and the freshmen. This is accurate to both my depression and the biggest annoyance I have in life. You’re an amazing human, keep going!

So far, as a senior, i've pulled at least one all-nighter a month trying to get crap done. I havent even procrastinated on stuff like i did my sophomore and junior year. I get home after school, do homework, wake up and go to school earlier than i need to, do more homework, go to my classes, and repeat. I dont think i've had a free weekend since school started. If there's not a school event, homework is always waiting for me. It would be easier if i wasnt getting the college prep degree, but I'm trying to make future me's life less stressful...

as a freshman i am ashamed about most freshmen i still know more people in other grades versus our grade💀 only because of football though, they love me because i was there for preseason and offseason combined with the fact i was new to football and the school

My freshman year was basically me running around doing a sport while in JROTC while also balancing helping run a GSA. I was the quietest person in my classes because I was exhausted and slept I think 3 hours a night. My senior year, I took an extra class on my computer so I could graduate, but was working 30-40 hours a week and also took all of my SAT/ACT shenanigans.... I never slept for those 3 years, I STG. I was a senior in spirit for 3 years.

I can’t relate to the last one, I had a decent senior year and was only stressed about math because I have dyscalculia and my senior project presentation cause crippling social anxiety. Also fun fact about that presentation: whoever was in charge of that stuff was so disorganized they lost whole projects and I didn’t get all of mine back to turn in at my presentation. Had to turn it in afterwards.
