Their return communications are terrible in my experience. The call center was ridiculous and the amount of redundant emails on my 2 returns exceeded 30 per item with the exact same email. The one issue was a rear trigger wall split on the full size dagger and then a faulty trigger assembly. They acknowledged the defects but took forever to ship (excess of 5 weeks). Appreciate the company but they do have a ways to go with communications.

They do skip finishing process. Cycle a Bcg in a psa and a mp sport 2 the psa sounds like sand paper cycling.
