Zambales was epic. Mandaue and Mariveles were beautifully Hollywood. Most other gowns were garden-variety glittery, sometimes at the expense of making the ladies look much more mature for their age. The exception was Taguig’s understated but exceptionally crafted gown, a style I think is fitting for a youthful looking Miss. Tres chic.
If zambales enter top 5 , a big chances that she will get the crown of miss universe. Either zambales or laguna

Thank you! 😃 I've been trying to improve. I learned from the book Forever Fluent that one of the biggest challenges to learning new words and languages is training our ears to hear sounds that aren't present in our native language. I've realllly been feeling that challenge. Half the battle is trying to listen closely to the pronunciations.

One of my pet peeves when watching pageant is when they suddenly tilt their head up... I hope Iloilo will be mindful of that.. she does that a lot

I love Bulacan, I think she's one of the dark horse this season but, I kinda her prefer her curly look rather than the straight hair. I feel like she will stand out more if she does wear her curly hair.

I loved the evening competition as always but I was surprised by how many were doing an interpretation of last year’s Miss Thailand with the casual hair flip. When I first noticed it, I was like “Why is this familiar?” Then it clicked.

Hi Dani, Camiguin's gown was created by Cary Santiago. He is famous for the "bird" design concept. He is the same designer for Gazini Ganados. He is from Cebu.
Mark Bumgarner is the designer of Taguig’s gown. The same person who designed the black gown of Michelle Dee at Miss Universe 2023 coronation night.

Australia should have trained prepared and worked with the same people she did in philippines but competed in Australia because i saw them and she would be top 10 on looks alone and we know Philippines designers etc have outdone many im sure after seeing her here that she would have been top 5 and probably won. There are some natural beauties this year that could give us what we got last year.. Maybe 😊

Usually in any pageant you have three or four top contenders but in this year's pageant they are all top contenders...the ladies are definitely bringing their A game. The judges are going to have a difficult time...
I was surprised by Ahtisa’s gown choice as well. I thought it would be something more eye catching and unique.
I have to say, I don't see Ahtisa being the front runner here. So far, this year's batch for me doea not have a clear front runner for that crown. This is going to be a very interesting finals.
