Grainfather CFC Quick Disconnects

This video shows how to modify the Grainfather Counter Flow Chiller (CFC) with quick disconnect fittings. Quick disconnects make cleaning and storing the Grainfather CFC much easier.

Unfortunatly, I bought the 1/4 female BSPP to Male 1/4 NPT and it does'nt fit. I heard that the threading Grainfather used is special and could be a G25... PS : I have the 2021 version of G30. So my counterflow chillet is a bit more recent than the one on this Video.

I've just tried fitting a 1/4 BSPP on the newer model and it doesn't work. I'm still trying to figure out what's the thread on the chiller fitting, it's smaller pitch than BSPP or NPT :(
