- This is one of my stretching routines I use daily to help with consistent back pain from jiu jitsu. I’ve learned after years of grappling that I have to stretch and use other means of recovery to keep my body healthy and strong for BJJ. Give it a try if you think it might be helpful for you and keep you on the mats for the long haul.

Great stretching methods : need to be advised !!!
This was great. I have problems with my lower back and feel like I have to check in with it everyday to see if it feels like I'm going to injure myself by training. I'll be putting this routine to use. Thank you.
I hope it helps. I'll continue to post things I do for my back as it had been an issue that just got worse and worse for years until I got serious about my recovery and stretching.

Where’d get the glasses from and do they stay intact through rolls? Hurt my eye at a comp, looking at using glasses going forward
I lost my eye doing jiu jitsu and have prosthetics in both eyes.
I'm wearing sport googles and I hold them in place with grappling head gear. Like Gold BJJ head gear. They hold pretty well. they move occasionally so you have to play with the tension on both the goggles and the headgear.
