    I’m a new artist and I’m still learning needs size and what type of needles to use for different things. I’ve been using a 3rl but I think I need to be using a 5 or 7. This video really helped me see the difference in needle number with size thank you.

      It's always good to have multiple sizes.
      3, 7, 9 and 11s and you'll be able to see the different weights in your work.
      If you are working on a small tattoo you want to use smaller needles, bigger work like on someone's back, then you'll want to use bigger needles.

    I used to use FYT here in Canada but my bishop liner kept breaking the membranes :(. They are a really nice company which sucks for me.

    what volts are you useing on the machine in general? im getting mine in a couple of days, just to know like a "ballpark" shadeing - lineing - packing. I know it's all about hand speed but can't hurt to know :P

      It honestly depends on what grouping but I usually start around 7 volts and work my way up or down depending what I’m using

    i do feel that on fake skin, the needle creates a slightly thicker line that it would on human skin, do you agree?

      The straight is just not pulled as tight as the regular 7. It’s a very small difference but still a difference lol

      I agree that all these are different a little on real skin. Fake skin blows. But even looking at them they weren’t a huge difference in size.
