DreamCloud Mattress Review | Best Luxury Hybrid Bed? In this video, Owen who is a Certified Sleep Science Coach, discusses our updated review of the DreamCloud luxury hybrid mattress. This is a pocketed coil mattress made by the popular bed in a box brand, Resident Home. Resident Home also has other popular online bed brands like the Nectar mattress, Awara natural latex mattress, and Siena memory foam mattress. As for the DreamCloud, they have three different beds: The DreamCloud, the DreamCloud Premier, and the DreamCloud Premier Rest. Purple slept cool but was too firm for side sleeping yet oddly jiggly for back sleeping, Nectar was great for side and back but slept a tad too hot here in SoCal (all foam mattress), but this DreamCloud is just perfect for us! It really feels like you're sleeping at a premium hotel and so far we've found no downsides.

@@Sc19869 yes it’s softer than most entry level beds. I think they also have an even softer version for side sleepers called DreamCloud Premier…haven’t tried that one yet
I bought one - I needed something that would be good support for my back. I love it. It's extremely comfortable.

I can attest the box this comes in is extremely heavy. A neighbor of mine ordered one and the FedEx guy brought it to my door. He said it takes 2 people to lift. I hurt my back... Then I find out nobody in my house ordered it. Wrong address... So I lugged it all the way to my van by myself to haul it to the neighbor. I'm actually surprised how tall it gets when it's unfolded in this video. Even the body weight of the guy laying on it doesn't push it down. I may end up getting one for myself.

For reference the most comfortable beds I've found are the kingsdown hillside plush mattress (it's bouncy) and the sealy posturepedic

I love it!!! Been having some of the best sleep. The upper memory foam layer really lets the mattress conform to the shape of my body but still feels supported.

@@IllIlIIllIlIIIll not too firm at all! I’m a side sleeper as well and I’m a curvy woman so I really like that it allows my shoulder and hip to “sink” into the mattress so that there isn’t any extra pressure on this parts.

I’ve seen some complaints about customer service.
I can’t find a 12” queen mattress - foam is fine as long as it doesn’t sleep hot or hybrid if coils aren’t uncomfortable. Usa preferred. No fiberglass or chemicals. Side sleeper. Prefer soft plush and must have edge support. Not nectar. No fiberglass or chemicals. Approx 600?
i bought this mattress and im really disspointed because it get warm when you on it and i dont like i cant sleep and it doesnt help much either for backpain ,so im goin to return it .
This bed is more between medium firm and plush. The premier is medium and the premier rest is extra firm no plush. Hope this helps. I tried out all 3.
I think you might actually have that backwards, the premier rest is their softest most plush mattress as it's their luxury offering.

It works well with a box or with slats. I prefer the slats so I can keep my bed low profile. 👍

The bed is 14inches thick, so its already a thiccboi. Id probably skip the boxspring.

How does the return process work? Will the mattress be picked up or do we need to ship it?

I don't know if it was my weight or position, but the first night I slept on this, I had a lot of pressure on my shoulder. It felt like I was sinking too deep into a bed that meant to hold 500+ pounds on each side of the bed and I'm well under that. IT basically lifted my shoulder up too high. Hopefully I can find a way to resolve that. It also does feel odd when on stomach reading on this bed.
You suppose to let it fully blow up in 24 hours before sleeping on it
I HATED this mattress, all the perimeter of the mattress sloped down and it is way to firm, I woke up in pain. Returned ASAP!
Ordered a DreamCloud Premier and foundation on 8/9 and charge appeared on my card same day. As of today 8/19 they haven't even shipped yet. Email updates are false. One even said that my order would arrive tomorrow, "tomorrow" being a few days ago... On hold for 11 min. on my 3rd phone call ( rep asked if I would mind a 3 to 5 min. wait). I am not the least bit happy with DreamCloud so far.

Worst mattress ever. Hard as a rock. Horrible customer service.
Caution, DONT OPEN THE BOX, or they wont take it back, received mine 4 days ago!!! This is not a good company, terrible customer service and a very ambiguous return policy. I'm very disappointed in my experience with Dreamcloud.
I love how gullible companies are. Beds aren't going bad due to weight. They are going bad because of sex. Stop being PG 13 and admit that coils should be for people with high libidos' and no coils for those who are lonely cat ladies.
