Brushes: 3/4 inch flat bristle, #6 round synthetic, #0 round synthetic
Acrylic Paint: titanium white, burnt umber (brown), mars black, magenta, deep yellow and ultra marine blue
Other: cup of water for washing brushes, paper towel for drying brushes

STEPS:
1. 3/4 inch bristle brush - Paint base coat on canvas with brown and white
2. 3/4 inch bristle brush - Paint sky with tan (made in step #1), brown and white
3. 3/4 inch bristle brush -- Paint base coat for land with black, blue, magenta, yellow, brown, white and tan
4. #6 round brush -- Paint distant city with tan, white, black, blue, brown and lavender (made in step #3)
5. #0 round brush - Paint Eiffel tower with black, gray (made in step #4) and white
6. 3/4 inch bristle brush - Paint base coat for foliage on trees with magenta, brown, white and lavender
7. #6 round brush - Paint tree trunks and branches with black
8. 3/4 inch bristle brush - Finish leaves and trees with magenta, dark pink (made in step #6), black, brown, white and yellow
9. #6 round brush --Finish ground and bushes with light yellow (made in step #3), tan, black, dark magenta (made in step #8), white, brown, magenta and yellow
10. #0 round brush --Paint little people and finish tree trunks with black, tan and brown
11. #0 round brush --Sign with black

For anyone else that goes nuts over wayward lines (control freaks like me), I suggest using a T-square ruler. Makes creating straight lines so much easier.

HI Marsha, a hue is a color, a tone is its temperature (warm to cool), and shade is its value scale (light to dark). Have fun painting!

Hi BB! Your cousin will love the Easter Gnome for sure! As long as you are using acrylic paint, it will be ready to travel with no problem. I would wrap it in parchment paper so it doesn't stick to anything just to be safe. I actually did not post the recent Gae Night on UA-cam, so that's why you haven't seen them. Early spring means early spring cleaning-that's what I'll be doing. Hope you have an awesome Easter with the family! MTP outta here!
