As someone who at 66 years old with arthritis and diabetes, I can certainly feel for you. A 4 game sweeper kicks my butt with pain. Good luck on the next block!

Man, I have had vertigo more recently and it makes bowling much tougher at times.

Kyle, have considered ice baths to recover?
I've never been a fan of ice baths. Muscles need to be warm and loose. Ice Baths do the opposite of that. I am a fan of pressure point therapy in releasing the tightness of the muscles.

They have replicas for each bowler given their respective brands. So if a bowler is wearing a H5G shirt, the replica is likely on the website. Same for bowlifi, logo infusion, coolwick, ect
