@@rogerrosen2323 It's five tournaments in 3 weeks at the world series: Doubles, Cheetah, Scorpion, Shark and World Championship, all held at the same venue. I think it's a great innovation to the schedule (it started a few years ago).
Shota seemed pretty nervous during certain shots, but it was definitely a great title match when all was said and done. Hoping we get to see more of him on TV again in the near future :)

I’ve seen Shota bowl in real life, and he never pulls it like this. Definitely was the nerves under the bright lights. Shota Kawazoe will return on television again. Great job Shota Kawazoe ❤

For millennia, we thought we were the center of the universe, till it was proven different. We kept believing the Earth was flat too, till it was proven different. In bowling, we thought one handed was the only way to do it, till it was proven different. Grow with the times or get lost to time. C'mon people!

Yeah, Randy does have some personal vendetta against urethane. He complains about it in most telecasts. I think it's the bowling purist in him. He begrudgingly credits two handers too, unless they're Belmo or Simo. He gives those two the proper respect because he'd be blasted if he didn't. In future casts, watch how he talks about Troup, Svensen, and other high level two handers that aren't Belmo and Simo.
These are all great bowlers. But EJ was clearly the best tonight. Ball after ball, all high flush. He had a couple of ring 10's in the title match, but Shota was way off. I think he only threw one really flush pocket hit. The rest were brooklyns, light carries, etc. No way he was going to beat EJ tonight.

When EJ struck in the 7th with that late bouncing messenger, I knew he would win. Tackett has one of the best looking swings I've ever seen!
EJ is my favorite bowler on tour. So glad to see him pick up a trophy 🏆 after 5 t.v. let down matches. He definitely came thru on this night.
