    This video was insanely helpful! I may be taking on my first voice agent client soon (all thanks to the accelerated learning from your videos) and was likely going to offer them a free trial period, only making them pay if the system delivers results. Having these analytics is going to be invaluable in proving that value and closing! Thank you so much for all of your insightful content :) Also, very interested in seeing a video on Langfuse for the exact use case you mentioned in this video!!

      Will work on that Langfuse tutorial in a bit. Got quite a few videos in the pipeline

    Great video! This may be a little off-subject, but how do I stop Vapi from hallucinating? Sometimes it can get pretty bad.

    Hello, Jannis!!! I love your contents! I just want your opinion in using AI as a coaching tool for humans?

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  4 місяці тому

      I’d say it depends on the area and complexity.
      If well structured, it’s definitely worth it

    Greetings dear Janis, a question: Since Twilio is zone limited in the numbers they give ( for example, there is not a number I can use for Spain) Then can I configure Vapi for making the calls from a phone of Spain Specifically for example?

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  4 місяці тому +1

      Yes but you need to apply for it. Here's a page that share more details about that: www.twilio.com/en-us/guidelines/es/regulatory

    I want to create a follow up assistant that calls leads that have opted into a facebook or youtube ad.
    Is it better to use a transient assistant or static assistant?
    Whats the best workflow to use? Should I first post the lead onto a google sheets form, and fetch the lead's info from there? Or is there a way to fetch straight from facebook/youtube and Go High Level?

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  4 місяці тому

      Since you're anyways creating some kind of automation, a transient assistant is better.
      You can use make.com for going that.
      GHL might be tricky, depending on the endpoints you want to use

    Hey Jannis, how do you grab the duration from each call in seconds/[minutes? whenever i make a http request to grab a phone call, it gives me the data unparsed, once parsed the dates from the parse json module format it out of iso 8601 format, i can't do anything about it for some reason,
    To solve this i've begun using chat gpt to transform text to structured data into unix timestamps, however it is not accurate,
    any solutions you recommend?

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  4 місяці тому

      Get it back unparsed and pars it with the JSON parser module

    Can I use Romanian and not English as the assistants language?

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  4 місяці тому

      Yep. Look for the Azure Voice and Alina or Emil

      @@jannismoore Would you say that foreing language Vapi assistants are already as consistent/reliable as the english based ones? I ask that because I've been trying to set dynamic agents in spanish and there's recurrent glitching within the (especially otugoing) call. Might just be the prompting but as it is very short content I still wonder.

    • @jannismoore
      @jannismoore  4 місяці тому +1

      @@alvaroproanoaviles5293 It's getting a lot better, especially when you build Vapi Squads with multilingual agents. This gives you more control over voice separation etc. I think it's just a question of a couple of month until we are there to have everything unified.
