When I use the VF template in my own build that I've made previously, do I connect the function block to the Agents response block in VF, then clone the function block and link the agents reply to and 2nd function block, then from there back to the user's reply?
For all of my templates, they’re available in the resource hub and you only need to change what I’ve said to change. If you are talking about your own that you wanna hook up to ManyChat then that doesn’t really need any changes except for adding the intents to all buttons and making the buttons less than 20 characters.

Please check your response format via JSON Linter. I can't figure out the issue, for now rewatch and re create for the third time but nothing changes. Is it can be the issue that i use voiceflow template what has agentive integrated? Please help me about. Thanks!
There’s no variables involved in this other than the system variables from ManyChat so just make sure that you’ve followed my guide fully. I’ve also written a text guide in the resource hub so you don’t have to waste time looking through the video.
Use that empty box that says: Contact for testing, and put a name of a contact that is between your DMs, (obviously connected to that IG) Same problem..
For some reason my voiceflow agent is not responding. I did a test on manychat and the triggers seem to work. On " facebook send message and receive response" block i tested it with the last user messege via messenger and the response it gives me is Response should be a valid JSON format. Please check your response format via JSON Linter. Is it something to do with that?
Make sure that you haven’t deleted the URL parameters after the web hook URL as they are needed to tell the Make.com automation whether to send a response back or use the ManyChat API. Also you can follow the text guide on the resource hub.
Does the main voiceflow template also has to be published? And how long does it take to publish the template, i tried it many times and it only seems to work after a few hours, even a day.

There are some limitations with Telegram and WhatsApp that are set by ManyChat for its API. Have a play around with the showReplySuggestions and useButtons parameters and see which best fits your use.

The trigger should be a default reply trigger which is created in the settings for your channel. In terms of the WhatsApp integration, it’s text only with ManyChat due to the lack of access to dynamic content on the platform. I’ve recently seen that Voiceglow now does social integrations too so that’s definitely worth checking out if you don’t need ManyChat’s features. Edit: Also there is no file that needs to be opened, there should just be a link on the resource hub to clone the automation.

Hey Alejandro, some people need to have live chat and a dashboard to track conversations within their automations e.g. for customer support. ManyChat makes that possible with their features and allows for easy human handoff and conversation assignment which can be triggered by a keyword.
Make sure that you’ve not replaced the whole webhook URL and just the part I’ve shown which is before the query parameters. Then check that the request body is valid JSON and you haven’t missed out any double quotes.

I’m not sure if ManyChat supports messages via API for SMSM but Twillio would definitely have you covered.

Both have to be published. If you hit the test button to run it in the editor, it speeds things up.

You have to use the ManyChat actions template that is more limited but can be used for WhatsApp.

Nope, you’ll have to use something like Vapi AI or Bland.AI.
