Holy smokes bro, I haven't really been following car UA-cam for a few years and missed a ton of your progress, congrats on the R8 and all the success you definitely earned it🔥
All these people that are commenting “daddy’s money” and negative energy must have graduated from TikTok university and their opinion is invalid. Don’t listen to these guys you do you.
You definitely have the right mindset. Best advice I can give any of the younger watchers of your channel. Get you a credit card (one that pays you back a percentage) and buy everything with it. Gas,Groceries, pay utility bills and so forth. But pay it completely off every month and live within you means. This will establish you a good credit score and line of credit because a lot in life is based off this you insurance premium is one. Also pick one thing you are passionate about and stick with it. Meaning do not become a slave to your stuff. Don’t think you have to have a car/truck and a motorcycle and side by side and a boat and jet skis and get yourself so far out there trying to impress everyone and then end up working crazy overtime or two and three jobs just to pay the payments on it and never have time to enjoy it thus you become a slave to your stuff. Thanks for another great Video J and keep living the dream.👍👍
Wait, you rent and have a car loan? You can't afford it, your bank can. You can manage the payments. Don't use the word afford when talking about your financial situation.
While the car loan thing I kinda get, because you are going to own it eventually, if you are renting your house you are not "affording it" you are throwing away money by renting it. Youre never going to get that money back and you arent building equity in the house either.
He said 570S - you can find used ones for 120-140K all day and if he put the $50K down on it instead of the R8, it would be in that ball park with a 72+ month loan.
Did you consult an amortization schedule? How much are you paying in interest for just a year, usually its pretty steep and the 72 opens you to higher apr.
People bay expensive things just to show how rich they are. In Bulgaria we don't have a lott of money but people get expensive things and wondering why they don't have money. Just get wath you want but don't spend money like crazy man.
I can understand the car justification. Personally, I make more than you and in no way could I afford such a car or even feel good about driving it around. I guess I'd have imposter syndrome unless I made at least 500k/year lol. I got a wrx after college and thought I was spending too much with a six-figure salary. But we all have different standards and "afford" is highly subjective, so if it's worth for you, it's worth for you. Can't say it's a bad decision if you seriously weighed it with some common sense. I'll just say though, it's nice to leave yourself some room as you grow and age. We are young and there is still so much more work to do and money to make. If you start with an R8 in your mid 20s, I'm not sure what would be a satisfying, yet reasonable "dream" car to aim for in your 50s and 60s. I guess you can be an optimist and just see it as positive pressure to become even wealthier lol.
So you were able to buy a house in 2019, when you were 20 and then somehow save up 50k cash to make a downpayment on the R8 when you were 26. Living frugally is good advice, but I assume you were able to get help from your parents on the house and pay for college, I appreciate you probably worked hard to get where you are now, but you had a big head start that not everyone else has.
No hate but renting and having a loan on a car is horrible advice for financial future. It’s what keeps someone who’s 36 from being in an aventador, and puts them in a c250 lease driving to their studio apartment by the water. Live within your means boys, invest in your early years.
Dude, seriously, at 26 years of age that purple car is too juvenile for you. That's a car for someone no older than 20. I wouldn't make Jordan pay for anything. Hey Jordan 👋🙂.
Don't know why this was recommended to me but ur tittle is misleading, U afford all of this with youtube not a 9-5. My old youtube made me about 400 a month with only 17k subs so Imagine u with 180k.

No such thing as an official definition of the term "supercar". It originally was used for pretty much any 500+hp sportscar that could do everything well. Acceleration, top speed, handling. The R8 is good at everything thus overcoming "ordinary" sportscar like a Mazda RX-7 to name a sample.
Right now I have a 06 350z I wanna get some things for it and then imma start investing In things like index funds and stuff like that im 18 and I want a McLaren by 28 so I got 10 years and imma get man it’s a promise
It actually is considered a supercar The R8 is a mid-engine supercar that combines performance with everyday drivability. It has a top speed of 200-204 mph and can go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4-3.5 seconds
We know you're affording all this with Jordan's money. 💰

you split a mortgage and bought at the right time - your expenses are 3k/mo while making 90k-ish

Moral of the story you need multiple sources of income (not you specifically lol just you as in us all in order to get our dream car and house) 😂

Did he say somewhere that he had help? I did these things without my parent's help. There are people with halfway decent jobs...
How much do you make monthly from youtube?
