Bang up job boys! Nice and crisp!
12:07 *I love that you kept this part in!*
Beautiful wrap, can just imagine the paint boys turning up in that truck for their next job and they cannot possibly be more stoked to be the biz!
They've definitely been turning a lot of heads in that thing. Thanks man
Absolutely awesome job! Thank you so much Lee! God bless you and all your team members!
I have the same printing and laminating rigs and picked them up literally in the same week that you did. Still scared shitless to try a wrap! Your work continues to inspire!! Keep killing it!
Now that I've done one it's a lot less scary, I felt the exact same haha. Can't wait to do more
@josh Jordan do you have a channel on UA-cam that you documented your experience with your Roland? I’m in the market and trying to get some real world experience thanks
Stoked to see this bad boy!!!
It's a beauty
*_From_* the awesome *_Premium quality_* to the finishing touches y'all totally killed this Job !!!!!!!!!Keep being great ,So much inspiration going on right now!!! thank you again ,love the videos and learning curves you share with us !!!!!
Stoked you get something out of these, thanks man
Getting into vehicle wraps is very exciting! Most of my customers do a ton of custom printed wraps using the printers we sell them and they love it. It can be a stressful line of work to get into, but also incredibly rewarding!
Love my wide format printer. It's been a big earner for me 🤘🏻
So inspiring brother! Every video you make sure motivates me to do better. Best of luck with everything!!
That looks amazing. Congratulations
Awesome print job and the fitting was exceptional!! Good job guys
Thanks!
Broooooo! You are so dope! I’ve been watching you for a couple days and you have helped me learn sooooo much about printing!
Happy to hear that man, thanks for watching 👊🏻
Would love to see the truck owners reaction as that wrap turned out sick!
He was there most of the time so the surprise factor was lost haha, but this definitely won't be the last one of these so I'll catch one eventually. Thanks man
Man that truck looks sick. You are growing so much with your design and printing. Sick bro 👌👍😎
Much appreciated man
Looks great guys!! The boys did great on the B roll!! Keep killing it!
Thank you 🤘
Came out bad ass! Looks awesome!

Awesome Work Guys. Saludos From The Sign Shop and MyPop, Texas!
Thanks man 🤘🏻
I am currently expanding my shop. I have already ordered the Melco EMT16X Commercial that I saw you use. I too am hard person if not impossible to please person. I think that you guys have an almost perfect system going. Keep up the great work. You inspire me to become a better designer and businessman.
Respect ALWAYS
That's amazing to hear, thanks!
good job fellas, wrapping & filming!
Thanks guys 👊🏻
Awsome project
That turned out amazing. Great job guys.
Thanks a lot 👊🏻
Bro, I’ve been following you since you decided to screen print! That’s freaking awesome, congratulations!
Great Video Lee! Thanks for sharing! Congratulations!
Thanks!
Wow thats amazing!!
Thanks!
MAN THAT WRAP IS STRAIGHT FIRE 🔥
🎉 awesome I’m designing my first custom wrap too this year
Super sick!
It’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything like this & Your video just popped in my feed glad I let it play. Great job guys!!!
Thanks!
after your video is finished you no longer can promote your work, so your work speaks for you. The fact you refuse to let an imperfection maybe invisible to your client you know it’s there and refuse to let it out the door that way. If you can make a customer feel like they are investing their money vs Spending it . Know that you’ve done a great job! Good for you guys!!!
awesome video lee truck looks amazing great job dan and tony awesome work
superteeprints thank you 🙌
Already liked. Full trust in it ending up dope
Man those colors look vibrant!!! I love it I wrapped my work truck and van and the guy that printed them couldn't get the black to look like yours
Wow!!!
How was it held up?
This is awesome.. keep up the great work.. and the wrap looks great. Side note - snake eater hoody SUPER comfy and definitely fails the pitbull bite test HAHA.. but seriously so glad I picked one up.. perhaps I will get another on soon especially since it is starting to hit 47F or 8C and riding needs that extra layer. cheers sir.
Thanks for the support man, glad you like it 🤘🏻
Nice work guys!
🙌🙌
Looks like the Dream Team killed their first video together! 🔥🔥🔥 Killer job fellas👊
Thanks dudes!
Wrapping is really an art. I wish i had the patience for it, but i'm going to stick to testing my patience with screen printing.
It is and it’s a lot of fun. Patience is for sure needed haha.
Glad to see you back buddy
Love your work bro. Keep em cominh
Can you show a video on how to actually design the wrap and get it print ready?
Dude I was so pumped thinking it dropped already lol
Haha this new premier feature is a real tease 😝
Great job!
Thanks!
Nice to see what you can do with This printer
Glad to see you’re doing good. 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Thanks a lot man
Kudos to the Rogue Brothers.. 🤓
Great work!
Thanks!
Do you think you should of went mikami? or do you recommend this rowland. i seen the first video and itr seemed that rowlands sent out someone that knew nothing about the machine
Nah I really like the Roland over the Mimaki, it has better ink options in my opinion so I can reproduce pantone colors more accurately and vibrantly. The dealer I got it from definitely sent the wrong guy though 😂, but my new tech is extremely knowledgeable and has been a big help. The cutting I'm still not a fan of but they all have a bit of a issue with that in some way, they're made to print first and the cutting is kinda jammed in as an afterthought. I'll be adding a stand alone cutter soon hopefully and then this setup will be killer
@@leestuart38 spec wise mamiki. color wise mamiki. cut roland
Fuck yeah! That's some great team work. Dan and Tony did pretty damn good on that footage. 👌🏽
Not too bad at all, I'll be getting them a real camera soon 🙌🏻
@@leestuart38 hello yeah dude! 🤙🏼
I dare you to tell me I won’t just sit here in the comment sections for two days until this premieres!!! 😂 can’t wait to see what you did with this wrap job!!
I was just coming into the comments to say welcome to the super early club lmfao!!!
It’s real good, had an awesome time wrapping this truck and Filming it. Think you’ll be able to get some good laughs from this one too.
Let's hope everyone else is just as pumped 😂
@@TonyLoewen you did an awesome job on the wrap and the film work was great even down to running into equipment for the perfect shot.
Chris bartolucci thank you really appreciate it! Haha yeah was funny backing into the light stand but I wasn’t going to stop 😂🤣
Just curious what laminator you are using, and if you are happy with it. Obviously it did the job here haha. Great video!
Thanks 🤘🏻. I have the GFP 355TH, it's been great so far
Can you show us how you took the measurements to print the wrap
Hey bro, what laminate machine are you running and what kind of laminate are you using
What font did you use for your sweatshirt? I wanna get into font editing, and I'd love to play with that one.
lovvvvve this video wish I had one!!!!!
That truck looks really nice, and now I want to give you my money. 🤣🤣🤣
Thanks! We'll take it 🤣
🔥🔥🔥As always 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Thanks dude
Lets gooooo 🤘🤘
Great job! with the truck! It is awesome.
Do you work HTV in your projects?
I do. I plan on making some htv stuff very soon. Thanks man
Naaaaailed it 🔥
That's what she said
Wrap looks amazing,
Question: how do you position the wrap on the vehicle? Is there like measurements of where it’s going to sit? Or how does that work
We usually measure to a few reference points on the vehicle and the design
Dude you got my sub. Appreciate everything you've put out there, got any tips on finding new customers?
Thanks! The key is content, and lots of it. We have the worlds most powerful marketing tool in our pockets at all times
Have you tried in 720x1440 G4 I started using that profile and dam its fast but with a high quality but mines not a roland its a mutoh1324x
Congrats! I love it! what vinyl and laminate are you using?
This was the new SLX plus from Arlon and I think we used the 3200 laminate.
GREAT!!! may i know what brand of this sticker. im afraid to get this wrap JOB haha but this tutorials and techniques it booost my self!
#coool man!!!
bro, could you explain how take measures of the paneles and unit them so that the lines connect. Thanks.
Ya that's a video I'll do eventually
I'm thinking about designing a wrap to do my motorcycle...I'm not sure how to go about getting vinyl printed and what my options are for designing
🔥🔥🔥🔥 saludos a mi brother Tonny ✨
awesome
Your work is sick and it looks flawless on the truck. I would be terrified to even attempt to do that. I have the equipment but not the confidence....or money to replace a 10k paint job if I fuck up someone's truck.....how do you get past the fear to be able to produce something like that? I get anxiety cutting $10 a yard fabric when sewing...I would have a panic attack attempting this 😂 But you killed it!
Confidence is key, taking risks is a big part of progressing in this business. But there's not really a whole lot that can go wrong with the vehicle other than the disassembly stage
What vinyls did you use for this wrap? Sorry if I missed them.
Great video and job 👍🏻👍🏻
This was Arlon SLX Plus
Still watching, but awesome job Lee. Looking forward to the upcoming content
Thanks man
what brand of vinyl sticker did you use?
Hey Lee,
Awesome video man,
I have one question
Which type of material you use to printable wrap??
Ninad Kesarkar this is a new product not yet released can’t say what it is.
Killer in stall and print
Thanks 🤘🏻
Bro where did your buy your blank caps from??
I have the same printer I just got a big cutter it’s faster and easier to use than the cut function on the printer
An added cutter is definitely going to happen as soon as I can
I work at a tint and vinyl shop but my boss wants me to learn illustrator and eventually buy one of these printers. Do you think I can learn absolutely everything I need to on skillshare? I know photoshop quite well but I still need to learn illustrator and how to get the vector files to the printer. Honestly very nervous and have a lot of pressure on me to learn all this and get things going.
You can absolutely learn illustrator inside and out on Skillshare, I used it to learn everything I know. If you know photoshop you won't have a hard time with illustrator once you get the basics, you'll probably end up preferring it over photoshop in the end like I did
🔥🔥🔥
“Fucking aye bud that’s clean as shit” almost forgot you were from Canada 😂 good shit boys!
Hahaha that was mega Canada mode. Thanks man
It looks amazing!!! Is it possible to buy personal designed commercial vehicle wrap from your shop? I just checked your store web but didn’t see this kind of products. Thanks!
Yes we can custom design anything you need. Head to www.roguelabmfg.com and check out the design page to submit a quote request
@@leestuart38 Great! Thanks. Will check this.
invest into a graphtec cutter there what i have used for years.
I have a smaller 36" graphtec, it's awesome. I'm definitely adding a cutter to this setup soon, either summa or graphtec
How much do you charge man that looks awesome?
"that's gonna WRAP it up for this one" 😉
Holy shit! It took 2 years for someone to finally notice that 🙌🏻😂
@@leestuart38 😆 I was wondering if you did that on purpose or not😁
great minds think alike.
So I'm trying to find out what the initial start up cost for something like this?
Like what all would I need, for the digital printing part? Vinyl printer, Vinyl cutter, laminating machine, a computer and software?? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks 😊
@@conceptdesigns4100 you'll need the printer, cutter, laminator, computer and design software. All in you're looking at $20K-$40K
Does your Roland VG2 perform its daily cleaning.
Always
Wonder if you can print lowrider car patterns on vinyl
Totally can
Can you use pvc drain pipe as spare rolls or will it wreck the cutter and laminator?
I don't think it would be stiff enough
@@leestuart38 ............................................................that's what she said.
FYI: When you do your manual cleaning do NOT touch the bottom of the print heads with the swab. You want to swap around the perimeter. Swabbing the nozzles is a great way to ruin a print head.
Hi Lee, question about that printer. I am amazed watching those colors, that pitch black is amazing. Do you see any grains in the print? or is like a solid color? I have a versacamm vs640 and I can definetely see grains when I tried to print a solid color. Its maybe a config issue, I dont know really, but I know you were dissapointed at the beggining with the quality. Let me know. thanks!
My black is about as solid as it gets, but that's easy for most printers. Color will never be 100% solid but highly visible grain is a problem, I see it in almost every sticker or wrap and that gets redone by us haha. It's a combination of media/printer setup and the setup within the software. I run this thing at as many passes as it will do to get the colors the way I want
@@leestuart38 Thanks for the quick reply man! you use Versaworks or other RIP SW? I need to check how I can increase the number of passes. Love that wrap you did, please show us more vids like this one ;)
What cutting problems are you having. I have had a roland for 5 years. It can be tricky and there are some tricks you can use to help that
Mainly the perf cutting, it really sucks at that. I know that's not really something it should be handling as daily work but I wanted to take advantage of its ability to do it until I could get a cutter, most of our customers want stickers and I will not make anything other than die cut because kiss cut stuff with big squares of paper around it looks cheap and unprofessional in a retail setting. The other thing is it not having tangential cutting, it's crazy to me that a machine of this cost doesn't have it when my cheap little 24" graphtec does. It makes a world of difference on anything with corners. I think the best plan of action is wheeling a summa machine in here to take over the cutting duties
What laminating machine is that? Iv been trying to find a good one but don’t know what the difference is between a cold or hot laminating machine.
It's the GFP355TH. The difference is one has heated rollers and one doesn't, the heat helps with smoother application
Lee Stuart thank you you’ve been such a huge help! What vinyl did you print this on? And what laminating material do you recommend?
what's the model of the laminating machine used ?
GFP355TH
what laminator do you have?
GFP 355 TH
Nice that is sic... sweet ... perfection
Thanks!
yo what laminator you using looks like a beast
It's the GFP 355TH
Lee Stuart thanks
Its weird but please let me ask you if you can print a full sublimation print jersey?
I can not. Large format sublimation uses the same or similar printers, but they're loaded with different ink.
@@leestuart38 and they also need two different sheets i guess, the paper one which you print your design inverted and you will use heat transfer machine to transfer its print to the spandex dry-fit cloth.
Should have gone with HP latex , probably still worth it change now.
It isn't 😂
You do dirt bike wraps? I got 2019 klx 110 need wrap
We can but haven't moved into that yet, moto kits are a whole different ball game
Lee Stuart well you know if you do I’ll be one of the first to get one!!
