- On our way home from a hunting trip, Jon and I happen to see some mid day ducks landing over some hills in the distance. We go check it out and find a big slough with some ducks on it. The wind is whipping but we decide to give it a try and it pays off as I shoot my limit of ducks.

My favorite duck channel. Such a breath of fresh air. All these guys acting like they are too cool for school, like some sort of professional hunters gets old. Hunting is supposed to be fun. You have fun while getting some damn good hunts and keeping it legal and ethical. I love watching and laughing.

Hey Jon and Luke just a little info on resting times!!! They say that you should let them rest for at least half the time it took to fully cook the meat!!! So if you cooked them duck breast for a total of 10 minutes for both sides you take off of the heat and let sit for a minimum of 5 minutes!! Just thought I’d let you know!!
